Best museum for children we have ever visited. Amazing interactive displays. They loved every minute of it. Really reasonable admission fee and lovely staff. Da Vinci was a genius, as well as the people who put this museum together.

Lots of good information and a new appreciation for the depth and breadth of DaVinci. The interactive aspect makes it fun and easier to understand. Something for the whole family.

We could not find the museum by google map. So we had to go to another Leonardo da Vinci Museum. (Because it was the only museum in google map) So we paid again for this different one.

The museum is very interesting and informative. Displays are described in several languages and give good insight into Davinci’s paintings, inventions, and study of anatomy. The museum is away from the big tourist attractions in a neighborhood that is worth exploring after the visit. We are glad we went.

Here you will find a lot of Leonardo da Vinci that you do not even imagine. Is very interesting and well organized. A little hard to find the church.

Wouldn’t normally be a museum goer but found this really interesting in terms of the vast amount of everyday engineering things that actually originated from Da Vinci inventions or concepts. Very interesting.

We just happened upon this Museum wandering around Venice If you have younger kids they would probably enjoy the many interactive parts upstairs in this small museum.

Really interesting museum. We learnt so much about da Vinci and how he merged science and the arts. Reasonably priced family entry ticket and spent longer in the museum than we anticipated. Something different from the other sights that we visited in Venice.

Great experience for our kids and even us as adults. The interactive nature of the museum made it fun and educational to learn about the life and works of da Vinici. Highly recommend

The most interactive and informative museum about Leonardo Da Vinci! Perfect for people who don't know anything about him OR also for real fans! They perfectly present the variety of Leonardo's interests: painting, biology, engineering and so much more. 1st Floor: - his most famous paintings, their history and what's behind the scenes. (all reproductions as the real paintings are exposed all over the world) - drawings and explanations about how he worked to get to that level! - anatomy & surgical objects : fascinating! 2nd Floor: - movie about his work in engineering and the machines he designed - reproductions you can actually use to understand how much of a genius he was! PROS : - suited for kids as there are many activities they can do - suited for school trips as this exhibition could easily replace 1 year of university studies in the arts - air-conditioning is perfect (not too cold but fresh enough to feel at ease)
