This was a great skip the line ticket. The company got in touch about a week before to ask if we could push our entry time back a bit which was totally fine for us, once we agreed to that the ticket was sent straight through to us. Walked straight in via the skip the line and had entry to the arena section as well as the main section. Also used for the forum and Palentine hill so was great value. Overall a great purchase!

Cancelled our order 1 hour before the scheduled time with no explanation. Very disappointing on our last day in rome

DO NOT GET THIS TICKET. Purchasing was easy, but we were unable to go inside the Colosseum because I was never given the ticket. The only thing I was given was a confirmation. I called, they answered the first time. After the second call to ask why I didn't have a barcode. NO ONE was answering the phone. It went straight to voicemail. 30 minutes to trying to call. Terrible and worstless.

It wasn’t so much the site as it was the 3rd party I bought tickets with - Viator. I saved and printed “vouchers” but didn’t receive actual tickets with a bar code until my (very frustrating) phone call. It would be helpful to list the process (i.e. your actual admission ticket will show up…on this date.) I even called before I left the my country to help avoid this delay. All forms of communication- from email to even text - just shared vouchers. Then after waiting to get a hold of a Viator rep while waiting in crowded lines at the Colosseum, they had me use WhatsApp to finally deliver the bar coded ticket, saying “well, you may have missed your entry time.” The colosseum staff was understanding and still allowed my husband and I to enter but I will probably not choose Viator as a service again.

The tickets arrived a day after purchasing. Wasn’t super clear on how/where to use them but at the colosseum things did go smoothly. I would probably recommend ordering the one with underground access.

The worst service of me life. Zero stars out of thousand. Called before our booking and asked where the meeting point was. The lady on the phone said she would look it up and call me back. 23 minutes before our tour I get an email saying it was canceled, no call or email from the lady we called earlier. I immediately called back and she didn’t even apologize, she just said it was canceled and they had no other tours today. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this service/scam.

This was such a fantastic trip and you got so much for your money! Booking was so easy, our tour was originally booked for 10am but was moved forward to 9:30 instead, Elisabetta a member of the team made sure we were made aware she had emailed, called, WhatsApp and messaged on trip advisor itself to make sure we were aware of the time change and happy to still proceed, I really appreciated her reaching out to let us know and if anything going in that bit earlier made the experience even better as we avoided the time the larger crowds appeared. Thank you to the team for your help it was a day we won’t forget anytime soon!

We received our digital tickets a couple days before we went. Our entrance time got changed from 10 to 9:35 after booking and we had to pick up the kids’ tickets once inside, but it was great to skip the long line. We were inside touring in about five minutes after security and picking up the kids’ tickets.

The ticket seller was horrible for this particular sale. The colosseum was as amazing but don’t choose this option as we sat in line for an hour trying to get our tickets sent to us.

We went to the colosseum for the first time and it was fantastic. The company where we got the tickets was super helpful, and professional. I hope to return to Rome soon and I will definitely go to the Colosseum again.
