No crowds. Even in the heat. So much to see from all different art periods. You could get up close to the statues and exhibits. Nice room museum.

Beautiful museum. Glad I saw it. This was a self guided tour. The works here are amazing. Not crowded at all

Tickets are available cheaper and immediately online in advance directly from museum ticket agent. This supplier withhold the Voucher despite advance payment until before the admission date making it inconvenient. Refunds not allowed. Provider offers nothing in addition to ticket, no guide, no information. Skip this.

Very memorable. No redeemable voucher received until we had turned up at the museum and had our booking turned down so we had to pay again. When I reported this I was told that I should have contacted them and they would have sent me my voucher. No refund. No complaints though, we did whjat we wanted and will never use this service again.

Unique Museum in old prison. Amazing sculptures and coat of arms display throughout. Would do again!

It was not memorable because your system malfunctioned and I did not receive a confirmation for my husband and I to be able to connect with a tour guide. Your app also did not function with regards to this booking. My requests for a refund have been refused so I am left with a really bad impression of how Viator does business. I am a business person myself and would never treat my customers this way. I will never recommend Viator to others and will not use your services again anywhere.

Amazing sculptures. History’s great names right in front of you! The location is right in the city center with easy access.

Minimal line anyway at the early time, but since we had other reservations later in the morning, helpful to have peace of mind to enter the Bargello.

Not a good service. Tickets never became available on line. Nothing available for me as promised. XXX

So great to not have to wait in line. This was a wonderful sculpture museum and in a very nice building with a large open courtyard that was very relaxing. Highly recommend.
