This is a SCAM. There were 9 People waiting at the pick-up point, but a no show. On the phone a lie about the weather. Every other operator was sailing. Do NOT book here!

We waited until last minute to book our day trip to Capri. This was the only one available online the day before the tour and we were hesitant to book due to prior reviews. We went in with low expectations and were pleased with a lovely day that went overall better than expected. Pros: - Lovely skipper and first mate. Really nice people. - Comfy boat with fun Italian tunes playing. - Water, soda, beer, prosecco, and sandwiches provided. - Beautiful scenery and lovely day. - Awesome swim through the green grotto. - We tried the blue grotto in the morning but there was a 3 hour wait so we came back in the afternoon and had virtually no wait. Cons/things that differed from the tour description: - We got notified via WhatApp the night before that the tour would leave at 10am (not 9am as listed online). This was great for us but it was tricky for other people on the tour who needed to catch a train in the evening. - There is no snorkeling or snorkel equipment. I even asked on WhatsApp the day before but my message was not answered. - There were 10 guests onboard, not 8. That didn't bother us because we had a great group. - blue grotto was 18 euros each, not 14 euros. All in all it was a lovely day. I think if the tour description could be updated to more accurately reflect what happens onboard, negative reviews would stop. This was a really nice day. Grazie!

This was beyond false advertisement. We booked it specifically for the Blue Grotto part and never got to see inside. Instead, we wasted 4 hours having "free time" on an island by ourself. It completely ruined our time in Capri. The meeting location was also changed last minute very inconveniently.

Yesterday’s trip didn't deliver what I pay for (detailed on the Viator web page): 1- The trip started late around 10:40 (start hour 10:00) 2- We were 10 people (maximum 8 people) 3- The trip lasted around 6 hours (should be 8 hours) 4- We didn't make it into the Blue Grotto. 5- They didn't have snorkeling equipment, and even worst they didn't have a life vest available! This is unbelievable! 6- They stop in Capri Port only to put gas, they didn't allow us to get down and walk around Capri. 7- They gave us a snack (a little Caprese sandwich) - No Lunch. 8- The boat was small, with no seats for 6 people, and they ride in the front part of the boat. 9- Only one person speaks a little English, so it was very hard to understand him. Based on that I want a refund because you didn't deliver what I paid for. They never respond, no accountability at all! It was a terrible experience!

Pictures of description of tour we received attached. I would not have given this any rating if TripAdvisor would have let me... Our travel agent went through Euro Vacations to book this tour. Our main reason to visit Sorrento was to go to the Blue Grotto, so we were very excited. Per our paperwork, we would be picked up from our hotel and taken to the port. Our first stop would be the Island of Capri where we would have time to sight see, visit Anacapri, and shop for a few hours. Next the boat would take us to the Blue Grotto, where we would board rowboats and get to go inside the Blue Grotto. To finish, we would have limoncello tasting and snorkeling in the Mediterranean to end the day. To start, when we contacted the company in advance, there was NO transportation arranged and we had to walk to the dock (3miles). Upon arrival, we were not sure where to go or who to look for. After about 30mins of confusion, we finally found a representative. After another 45min wait, we boarded the boat. Capri's main port was pointed out to us, but we did not stop. Upon arrival to the Blue Grotto, our guide said it was too busy and we would never get in. According to him, the tours out of Capri get priority and the people who work at the Blue Grotto only take those tour guests in (WHAT?!?). He told us that he would take us to a port, where we could take a taxi to the Blue Grotto (on our own dime). Upon arrival to the port, the boat backed up over a rope and the rope was drawn up into the engine of the boat. After over an hour wait, finally another boat came and took the passengers to the port and was told to be back in 1 hr. When we got off the boat, we found out that this was not the main port in Capri, there were no shops and absolutely nothing to do/see other than the beach. We found a taxi driver who told us it would take at least 30mins each way to get to the Blue Grotto so we would not have time to get there. Everyone that was aboard the boat with us was very disappointed. When we got back on the boat, we asked if he could take us back to the Blue Grotto and explained to him that we did not have time when we were on Capri. He told us no and basically shrugged his shoulders. The limoncello "tasting" was 1 kind of limoncello and served in shot glasses. We LOVED Sorrento, but were very disappointed that the 1 tour we booked did not take us to Capri and we did not get to see the Blue Grotto. WHAT A SCAM AND DISAPPOINTMENT. We have filed an official complaint and are awaiting for a refund of our money.
