La Maddalena

One hour stop ashore in the quaint old town of La Maddalena. La Maddalena gives its name to the archipelago of which it is the largest island and to the national park of which it is the administrative center.

Isola di Spargi

A one and a half hour swim ashore on the beach on the beautiful Island of Spargi. Uninhabited due to its granite and rugged nature, it has an almost circular shape with few inlets and numerous sandy bays. Spargi rises in front of the western coasts of La Maddalena and is the third largest island in the archipelago national park with an area of over four square kilometers.

Budelli

15-minute swim / dive from the boat at the Port of the Madonna on the Island of Budelli;

Island of Santa Maria

One hour stop ashore on the beach on the island of Santa Maria. Santa Maria, together with the other two splendid islands of Razzoli and Budelli, represents the northernmost part of the Maddalena archipelago park.

Spiaggia Rosa

Returning to the starting points, we approach the Pink Beach for a few minutes (nature reserve since 1994) for a short photo stop.

I am writing this review to help those who try to do something similar as we did when visiting Sardinia and a La Madelena boat tour. We were told by our B&B host that taking a boat trip was a good idea but if we wanted a great experience maybe pay for a smaller boat of 6ppl for 120€. We thought this was too much money so decided to go to the port the next morning and speak with the numerous vendors selling trips. When we went to the port, after speaking to the various companies selling boat tours..we decided to go with Consorzio Meraviglie. The main reason was the tremendous detail and assurances offered by the young lady in the sales booth. Her name was Gloria. She was upfront, honest, informed and did not do a "hard sell", which gave us confidence in the company. The deal was the day tour for about 50€. We came back the next day to board the boat and it was all very easy.. there was free parking at the port, Gloria grouped all together her clients and escorted us all to the boat boarding location 500 meters away. As she had hinted she even tried to help us get on board early so we could get a good location on the boat. She was amazing and I want to thank her for her kindness. As for the trip itself...the weather was great.. the boat had about 70 people on board but you don't really notice...it was a lovely day with nice people all having their own peace to relax on board and yet enjoy the same experience. The trip took us to exactly the places described and the crew on board were great. It was our BEST experience in Sardinia in fact. I was nervous before I booked the trip as we were told the bigger boats maybe too many people...but this company was absolutely perfect. Advice is to ask ahead for the estimated number of guests...and if it's in the hundreds...maybe avoid. We were assured the numbers were not going to be that many and Gloria was true to her word. Everyone's experience of the shared bigger boats will differ...but if you get on board early...and get a good spot...you can enjoy the ride and the excursions even more. There is something for everyone in these type of experiences. The fact we saved all that money was just a boost....If I had paid 120€ for our experience I would have felt we got what we paid for ..so the fact we did it much cheaper was just great! So take my advice... Don't be scared to get to these bigger boats...but this company for sure were great and ran a great service. Highly recommend.

Tripadvisor has stitched me up here. The listing and booking quotes an 11:30am pickup from Canningione. Our group of 6 all arrived at 11:00am, waited until 11:40am only to be left disappointed when we called the crew who said they arrived at 10:45, tried to call us and left before 11:00am so we missed it entirely thanks to Tripadvisor. The crew were very generous, offering that we could all hop on the boat the next day instead. Unfortunately for my partner and I, we were flying out the next morning. After trying very hard I've been completely unable to contact Tripadvisor and request a refund, very poor customer service. I would like to speak with them right away to resolve this issue.

Unfortunately, we never made it to the islands. The link to the map of the meeting point is not correct and the Tripadvisor website was down that day, so we couldn’t check. We received no communication from the tour operator. Long story short, we were left behind, the boat left without us. The reason I still gave 4 stars after all this is the excellent customer service that handled our case. They were quick to respond and refunded our money.

Horrible experience. They should have canceled the trip because it rained all day. But they probably didn't because then they had to pay everyone back. Instead, they haven't changed the program at all. And make everyone wait for hours for rainy beaches and cold islands. Everyone felt trapped in an experience that no one wanted, everyone just wanted to go home.

Amazing ! Just it ! We took à lot of photo ! We disdcovered unreachable island ! We swum in the cleanest sea you have seen. And the staff was super amazing.

Very nice trip, plenty of space on the boat and very friendly staff. We have seen other boats very full of people, ours had plenty of space so we were able to choose the sun of the shadow. Very relaxed trip, I recommend this.
