L'esperienza inizia alle 11:00 davanti al nostro agriturismo che si trova a 10 minuti da San Miniato. Cammineremo nel bosco con Francesca e il suo cane speciale a caccia di tartufi. Dopo circa 1 ora saremo di ritorno e pronti per accomodarci nella bellissima sala da pranzo per un pranzo gourmet a base di tartufo fresco. Avrai la possibilità di degustare un pranzo di 3 portate con i tartufi trovati e il vino.
Per i partecipanti a Firenze, suggeriamo di prendere un treno da Firenze a San Miniato.

What an amazing experience! I highly recommend we had a wonderful time. Francesca is wonderful ! Her mother cooked a wonderful lunch and a special cake for my Birthday. You will not be disappointed !
My family of four, including kids (ages 10 and 14), loved this experience so much. We had a lovely walk in the woods with Choco and Francesca, and Choco found many truffles for us! It was fun to walk and chat and watch all of it unfold. Francesca and her family were also amazing hosts -- we had espresso upon our arrival and the most wonderful lunch after the hunt. We loved every bit of it. My favorite was probably the eggs with truffle -- the dish was decadent and delicious! We also purchased some truffle salt and truffle cream that they produce and brought some home for friends. The whole experience was wonderful, and we highly recommend it!
Choco and her humans were very hospitable! Finding 6 truffles in the matter of minutes was a treat, but the real treat is the amazing lunch afterwards.
Top notch experience. Francesca was amazing and told us a lot about the art of truffle hunting, and Choco was cute and successful in finding a bunch of truffles with us. The lunch was insanely good--one of the best meals I had on my trip. I have been to Italy many times over the years and this was one of my favorite things I have done across all my trips here. Some other members of my party have been here even more than I have, and they agree as well. Highly highly recommend.
We had the privilege of having an essentially private tour of Franchescas farm and truffle hunting experience. Hilary was beyond knowledgeable not only with the wine pairing but with the history of Florence as well as the farm. Hilary and Franchescas clearly work well together and made us feel like friends and family. The tour was about 45min which was plenty to see her and her pup in action all while learning and seeing the pup work. The food was FANTASTIC, best meal we’ve had this trip, we had no clue what a truffle could do to dish. We are from CA and this was the best wine education we have received. She taught us what to look for when sampling wine and what to ask for when ordering amazing Italian wine. Like fishing, truffle hunting isn’t always guaranteed but we were fortunate enough to find many truffles! If we are fortunate enough to come back, we’ll recommend this or redo this experience all over again! Hilary and Franchesca were amazing and went above and beyond!
