We really enjoyed the tour- got to try many different kinds of cheese (actually so much that we couldn't even finish all the samples and took some home) and participated in making our own ricotta. Our sweet guide showed us all around the factory and told us all about how their cheese is being made.

Guide Mauro spoke very well English and was very open to show the factory. The cheese making was also insightful.

We had such a fun time. The tour was interesting, the cheese was delicious, and we had fun making cheese. The tour guide was super nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. It seems like a great place to work and it was fun meeting people. A fun and different excursion.

Programma organizzato molto bene,il ragazzo che ci ha fatto da guida molto carino, preparato e disponibile a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande. Il tour inizia con la visita del caseificio con la relativa spiegazione su come vengono fatti i formaggi,poi è previsto un assaggio di 4 loro formaggi con calice di vino,ed infine fanno fare il formaggio unendo il caglio al latte caldo.Mio figlio si è divertiti molto. Ringraziamo il ragazzo che ci ha fatto il tour (purtroppo non ricordo il nome!)

es war wirklich interessant Einblicke in die Abläufe der käseherstellung zu gewinnen, leider haben wir nur 20% verstanden von dem was die nette Tourleiterin gesagt hat, es war relativ laut und mit Maske sowieso schwieriger zu hören und sie hat relativ leise und sehr schnell gesprochen (englisch), besonders unsere Kinder hatten Probleme etwas zu verstehen. aber trotzdem ein tolles Erlebnis mit anschließender Verkostung von Käse mit Brot und Wein plus nochmaliger Erläuterung zum Käse. Man kann auch noch in dem kleinen Laden den dort hergestellten Käse kaufen 👍🏻

Ett besök på drygt 1 1/2 timme. Började med ostprovning samtidigt som guiden gick igenom husets ostar. Sen fick vi tillverka egen ost och slutligen ett besök i ”fabriken ”. Mycket pedagogisk, superbra ostar, rent och fint. Mycket valuta för pengarna. Rekommenderas starkt.

Une visite très sympathique et intéressant, le guide était très patient et prenait le temps de bien nous expliquer les étapes de fabrication. La dégustation de fromage et le petit atelier de confection de ricotta très plaisant et nous laisse repartir conquis par ces délicieux fromage.

Der Besuch der Käserei war (leider) sehr zweigeteilt. Zu Beginn gab es leider kein Empfang, wir standen einfach auf dem Gelände einer Fabrik, der Käserei. Nachdem wir jemanden gefunden haben mussten wir ein wenig warten. Als es dann los ging haben wir eine komplette Führung durch die Käserei bekommen. Dies war sehr spannend und interessant. Leider konnte der Mitarbeiter der Käserei nicht sonderlich gut englisch, sodass er viele Fragen nicht beantworten konnte. Wir haben die Option „selbst eine Käse herzustellen“ mitgebucht. Leider wurde uns dann gesagt, dass diese nicht statt finden kann. (Das war wohl nur weil sie es vergessen hatten vorzubereiten..). Die Differenz die wir damit zu viel bezahlt haben, haben wir als Einkaufsgutschein für deren Käseladen bekommen. Die Verkostung war eher ok, 3 Käsesorten (davon dann sehr viel) mit einem Glas Wein, etwas Pane Curasau und Honig in Tütchen. Alles in allem muss ich sagen, dass zwar der Preis gering ist, aber auch keine Leistung vorhanden ist, wirklich sehr schade.

Nous avons fait notre propre fromage, c'était très amusant ! Ensuite nous avons dégusté du vin avec 3 sortes de fromages. Enfin, nous avons visité l'usine avec les explications du guide en anglais. Guide très amical et professionnel, beaucoup de connaissances. Tres peu cher, pour une prestation de qualité ! Nous recommandons vivement !

Die Tour durch die Käserei war sehr interessant und informativ. Es wurde sich viel Zeit für uns genommen und alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die anschließende Verkostung und das händische Herstellen eines Ricottas waren ein echtes Highlight.
