I have always loved cooking and welcoming friends and relatives to my home for dinner, always happy to enjoy my dishes. I would like to prepare Italian recipes with you, handed down in my family for generations, but also typical dishes from other places in the world.
I especially love plant-based dishes, whose colors never cease to enchant me.
I had a working experience in the kitchen of a restaurant, just to have fun being in the middle of the stove and feel like a star chef !!!

I had a wonderful experience cooking with Grazia! It was amazing to cook an Italian dish with an Italian cook! I greatly appreciated all of the information that she provided in advance of our session, and how patient she was with me as I prepared the food and gathered the kitchen implements. I particularly enjoyed Grazia's personal observations and perspectives, especially the role of the sauce, which was deliciously subtle. My wife and I enjoyed dining on the finished dish, and I now have a new recipe for future preparation, and I will always think of Grazia whenever I make it.
