Gianfranco gave us a warm welcome in his amazing family home. After a short tour in his farm he explained the concept of the whole evening with a delicious sparkling wine to start. Not only it was a cooking class for pasta making but there was also an entire wine tasting experience, which was a nice surprise. We started off with a homemade bread, olive oil and marmelade, some cheese and salami with a nice white wine to match. Then we moved on with the pasta making class with Gianfranco's lovely sister. Gianfranco stayed to help out with translating and also with the pasta making itself. We had an amazing and fun time doing so. The pastas were very tasy and had some great red wines to match. For dessert we had our own made tiramisu with a sweet white wine. The whole experience was absolutely amazing and so much more than we expected and wished for. I would highly recommend this activity for everyone who enjoys pasta and wine!

We had such a great experience with Gianfranco and his parents. They were so lovely in telling us the story of their farm and teaching how to do Pasta the Sicilian way. After four hours of talking and cooking (not even quite boring) me and my girlfriend are the delicious meals: Anti Pasti, Self Made Pasta, Self Made Ravioli, Self made Tiramisu and self made dessert pasta (with chocolate and ricotta, very good!) We also got a wine tasting by gianfranco with good wines to all the meals! We would always do it again!
