Hello everyone! We took a cooking class today hosted by Luisa Carinci. It was an amazing experience to see how to make pasta and tiramisu. They considered the foods we didn’t like, so we made Raviolis with ricotta and artichoke and a second dish called Chitarre with vegetables and tomato sauce. And of course Tiramisu. We got all the recipes in english and the instructions as well. She was very friendly and show us all of her tricks.
