What an amazing experience! Sylvia was an outstanding guide and the chef was a gem! We had a blast and the time spent with both Sylvia and chef was like hanging out with friends. Great conversation, highly recommend!

Benedetta was a wonderful guide!!! She was very knowledgeable about the history of the Jewish Ghetto of Rome. Our cooking class was fun and full of joy and laughs. Would recommend this tour to anyone looking for an authentic and fun group cooking class! Our guide helped make the birthday we were celebrating even more special!

WOW - this cooking class was so fun! We highlighly recommend it for a unique experience while in Rome. There were a lot of laughs and of course, there was wine to enjoy while you cook. Don't miss the chance to join the chef in the kitchen when the meal comes together!

All of the experience was phenomenal! The personable staff and wonderful food were the best experience in Italy so far! My friends and I cannot recommend this experience enough- between the helpful hints in our food ventures (or misadventurous turns) and the laughs shared over seemingly endless wine, the time will remain to be my highlight in Italy!

Fun evening. Traveling with two teenage granddaughters and they enjoyed it. Was supposed to include a short walking tour of the Jewish ghetto which didn't happen. Group was not too large and everyone seemed to have fun and particularly enjoyed eating our pasta. Booked at last minute after our pizza making tour was cancelled, and glad we did. Great family activity

I have to say we did 3 different tours while in Italy and this was by far the best. Lisa our guide was not only knowledgeable about the food we were making and a great translator but her knowledge about the history of the neighborhood was astonishing. We had been there the day before and had no idea about the things she told us the following day. Our chef Gabriele was patient and funny and the food we made was delicious. They added a couple of things that weren't expected and much appreciated. I would give this 10 stars if I could!

From the beginning to the end this was by far one of our greatest experiences. Lisa, our guide was so knowledgeable about the history of the Jewish ghetto. She translated between chef, gabrielle and our group with ease. Chef gabrielle was patient and funny and even though there was a language barrier, we never felt it. His knowledge of the kitchen and cooking with love. Made this experience one of our best excursions. Not to mention the food we cooked was incredible. Best meal we ate on vacation.!!!

We enjoyed the evening in the Jewish Ghetto, which is a very nice part of Rome these days. Our guide / translator and the chef were very friendly and nice. We got to make pasta from scratch and also a simple starter. It was a memorable experience for my daughter who is 10 and likes cooking very much, to try this out and then get into the kitchen of an actual restaurant to finish the dishes. The sauces for the pasta were not prepared by us, just the pasta itself, so there is not sooo much cooking, but a very nice experience all in all and something we will surely remember! Food and wine was very tasty. We were just three participants so we had plenty of time to learn and it was all very relaxed.
