We learned how to make focaccia and pasta. The dinner was amazing and the Masseria was a true oasis. Go to the class hungry because it’s a lot of food.

A beautiful property rich in history and clearly the result of hard work and passion. The cooking class was wonderful, highlighting the favorite foods of the region. An informative olive oil tasting of their own production was also great. Dining on our meal al fresco to finish the tour was spectacular.
