Great experience as a family making our own pizza and pasta from scratch , and to taste our own creations at the end was the icing on the cake . Loved learning the basics and the reasoning behind it all . Well recommended!

Nice experience, good instructors and patient with our kids. The only issue I had was that it was about far away from where we were staying. The other issue that left it less than 5 stars was that I thought the class was a bit limited. I feel like they set up most of the dishes without giving us full instruction from beginning to end. For instance, the sauce was handled by the instrctor. The sheets of pasta were already prepared and the dough we started with was already set for us. I understand that it might be more difficult having some of those items handled by the students, but have had cooking classes before where we handled everything - knives, mixing etc….

This class was so much fun! It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! The class was fun and the instructor was knowledgeable and funny! I would definitely recommend this class!

Terrible experience !!!!!!!! Not reccomended for several reasons : 1. Instructions to arrive to the place were not clear in the confirmation mail (picture attached) when you do the payment, and they sent us clear instructions just 3 hours before the class (Which I did not read because no internet outside the hotel). I contacted him ONE week ago to clarify and he only told me about the place, but he did not clarified about the hour (in the mail it says 10 minutes before). 2. When I call Giuseppe to told him that the bus left us (Even if we arrive at the exact Time) he said it is not his problem and that we have to take a taxi, because he was not going to change our class reservation for another day. 3. In the description of the class it says that you Will learn more than 8 forms of pasta, but the chef barely teach 3 types (very fast). 4. In the description it says that the class is total 3-4 hours, but it last in total 2 hours, and it serme they were hurry because the chef served us the pasta and went (Did not stay to have donner with the group), and then inmediately the girl that has to bring us back to the bus stop said it was Time to go. Conclusion : it is not worth more than 20€!!!! You can see in the many other on Google Maps (unfortunately I did not See it before) same problems about the bad comunication on the instructions to take the transport « included ».

Absolutely fantastic class!! We ended up with a small group, all very friendly, and great teachers showing us and explaining the ins & outs of pizza and pasta types. There was a bit of confusion on our end for arrival time so we ended up missing the bus provided, we were able to quickly coordinate with the event coordinator and got there just a few minutes late.

I would still recommend this to a friend because I thin it would have been fun, even though we didn't make it to the class. Apparently, the meeting time was changed 15 minutes ahead of the original time, and I did not receive that information. From my watch, we were at the location before the group left, but when I finally got a response from the chat on the app after about 10 minutes, it was already too late. This was after a $30 taxi ride to the metro station. They then suggested we get to the location ourselves which would have been another 20 minute cab ride. Why not just give us the address of the location in the first place, rather than meeting at the metro station? My advice is to double and triple check the times right up to the meeting time. We have had multiple tours where they have changed the times on us. No refund on this one, so we're out $180.

The photos depict the "outhouse" we had to use. The staff was very polite but the lesson plan was not well prepared. They did have the dough ready but that is all we did. We shaped the ball of dough into a pizza crust, put their toppings on it and then baked it - Basically, I had a pizza with the toppings I wanted. The pasta was premade all we did was roll it out. We did not "Learn" anything. It would have been better if they provided a recipe, explain the ingredients (differences in flour and why certain ingredients), and then we practice making that recipe. We didn't even have any hand in making any sauce - again, something I would like to have learned and a skill I wanted to bring home.

November 2023 - This experience was just okay. It did not meet my expectations. For reference, my family has done cooking classes before, a Paella class in Barcelona, and a three-course meal class in Vienna. In our other experiences, all the cooking tasks were completed by the participants, all participants were assigned tasks. The other experiences were more hands-on and the meals were made by the participants with the assistance of the head chef/instructor. In this class, the participants pressed out our dough and added toppings for the pizza-making portion. The instructor then rearranged our toppings for no apparent reason. We slid our dough into the oven but weren't able to be a part of the cooking process. For the pasta making, we mixed the dough and made the shapes. The instructor then cooked the pasta, made the sauce, and mixed the pasta and sauce while we sat there. This was a miss by the company, it could have been much better. In addition, the cost was high and the location was too far from Rome's city center. Not worth it.

Amazing people and vibe!! Would definitely recommend. Outside of the city and a great little hideaway. Took class around dinner time

My husband and I did this class on our first day in Rome, and overall it was a great experience. As others have said, it did feel a little like the instructor was more concerned about creating the perfect pizza, than letting us do it ourselves. We LOVED all the interesting information about the different types of crusts and what (time and ingredients) goes into making each of them different. Fascinating. We especially enjoyed making the pasta, which was definitely hands on. The end result was absolutely DELICIOUS. Simple goodness!
