Fantastic value for money! Great rip and well informed of the itinerary. My only complaint was there was no one to greet us on the promenade at the pick up point. It was extremely busy with lots of tours etc getting on board and we were told jetty 1/2/3 however no one with a sign which would have been helpful.

Very busy check in but helpful guide and quick enough to get another boat if very busy. Was colder than we expected outside for the journey but the multi-lingual announcements were humorous and informative. The glass blowing was a must to see and is included in the price. The experience getting back on the boat at the end wasn’t great but all in all worked out okay for the hour’s journey back

Loved the islands and glass blowing demonstration. Could just do a water taxi to the islands instead. No bathroom on the ferry and it was 45 minutes late getting us back so we had to buy new train tickets for a later time.

The boat was crowded. The guide did a great job of translating the narrative into three languages. However it was hard to hear her over the noisy boat and passengers. The weather was very cold and windy which played into the enjoyment factor negatively.

The tour was basically taking tourists to smaller islands to get them to purchase more stuff. The tour guide on the boat was very friendly but it was impossible to hear her over the loud motor of boat. I also don't recommend taking this tour during the summer/hot months as there is extremely limited shaded seating.

Enjoyed the boat ride as much as the islands. So relaxing & peaceful. Our guide was excellent! He explained everything perfectly. Was very impressed at how many languages he spoke. Glass blowing demonstration was awesome & the lace works just beautiful. Recommend this tour to everyone.

The freetime at Burano was 1h 10min and not 1h 30min. We had booked a german option but the Guide had not spoke german.

Really enjoyed this trip. Glass demonstration was very good. Burano was lovely very relaxing island.enjoyed having a beer on the waters edge waiting for return boat trip. The boat and the guide were good with plenty of information.

The tour was too crowded, tourists rushing to get in the boat. Merely visited Murano for the glass factory - which was impressive but could have given more time to tour around Murano. Burano was pretty, but same issue, not enough time.
