Live a unique experience in contact with the wine world at the surroundings of Bologna and Imola.
Learn about the history of a family business, visit the winery, and toast right away with a glass of wine. Follow the expert sommelier to discover the vineyard. Listen to the history of the cultivation and processing of grapes during the 2 km stroll. The nature walk ends with a visit to the renowned winery.
There you can taste 5 glasses of wine and rich samples of local production, such as salami, sausage, and bacon grilled, cheeses, two extra virgin olive oils, fruit preserves, and typical Piadina. During the tasting the sommelier will guide you in a journey of flavors, matching the wine with some tasting of delicacies. The tasting will take place on the panoramic terrace during the warmest months or in front of the fireplace during the rest of the months.
To conclude your tour, you will be taken to Dozza, where you will be able to walk among the murals of the ancient medieval village of Dozza.
