My name is Stefano and I was born in Rome.
I have worked in the hospitality industry for the past 20 years divided between London and Dubai.
I recently moved back to Rome and would like to share my passion for all the Roman things (including the food) with guests from all over the world.
The idea of meeting international people and cooking them yummy, healthy and traditional Italian food really excited me.
I love entertaining people and enjoying life and I believe this makes me a perfect host!!!

We did not quite know what to expect, but we were delighted with our evening with Stefano. His apartment was immaculate and comfortable. There were four of us and we were joined by a couple from New York who immediately transitioned from strangers to friends. All four courses of the meal were excellent, as was the wine. It was a really nice change from the restaurant-every-night routine of traveling abroad. We are very glad we went and would recommend it to anyone. Grazie mille, Stefano!!
Stefano’s cooking, his flat, and his personality were all exceptional. It was even better than we expected. You’d easily pay more for a similar amount of food and drinks but you definitely aren’t going to get undivided attention from a charismatic local, the chance to hang out and feel at ease in his fashionably decorated and impeccably clean apartment, and the opportunity to ask a million questions about local cuisine, culture, and life. Don’t hesitate to book this unforgettable experience.
This is one of a kind experience! You will never ever get something similar in any restaurant. Stefano is amazing cook and you will feel in his apartment as if you visited one of your old friends. If you are in Rome, be sure to add one evening with Stefano to your MUST DO list!
