I liked the slides and stuff but the service is really bad. You cant go in certain pools unless you have this dumb hat. You hear the lifegaurds whistle every five seconds over people just trying to have fun. Dont get me wrong i understand they are supposed to be there in case something happened but they honestly just made us feel bad and ruined the fun. Also about these hats, i have no idea why they make us use them and when a lifeguard whistled at me to make me buy a hat i asked him why i needed them and he looked at me and just ignored me. I even made a “why” gesture at him in case he didnt understand english but he stared at me and said nothing. I understand now that it has something to do with hygiene i think but he could have at least told me. Another thing that annoyed me was that you had to buy them, they dont offer them for you so now i just have to waste some money on a hat i will never use again. There was also another time when I was waiting in line for a slide and a couple of guys who were either lifeguards or their friends cut in line front of everyone and i dont know if thats normal but it certanly didnt feel very good especially after waiting so long. Even though I didnt have a good experience doesnt mean that people dont have fun here because my little brother was having fun, but I honestly hope that this will Change. Other than that the slides are fun and you can get an ice cold coke which is awesome.

A variety of slides that the kids (big and small!!) wanted to go on again and again. We were looking for something to do at short notice, with no car. A waterpark was ideal and the shuttle bus from the train station made it very hassle free. The big pool was quite cold. There weren't enough changing rooms for the end of the day. We booked on tripadvisor because we couldnt get their own website booking to work. Tripadvisor only gave the option to book adults, so we had to book the children in as adults, meaning we'd booked two pitches and paid more than we needed to.

We paid €66 for a family of four to attend this water park and had an awful experience. For a start, the park is quite small- much smaller than similarly priced water parks across Europe. There are a few slides which are all accessed via a slippery rusting staircase reminiscent of a fire escape. There is no supervision on the staircase so, inevitably, teenagers are pushing each other, slapping each other with swimming caps and jumping the queue. One slide is more popular than the others, but because there is only the one rickety staircase everyone needs to wait for that slide while the others are completely empty. Even if you want to use one of the empty slides, you can’t because you can’t get past the other people queuing on the single staircase. However, the worst thing about this park is the unbelievable noise level. For two hours, there was a ‘DJ’ shrieking deafeningly like something out of Ibiza. One of his most favoured tracks seemed to consist entirely of someone shouting ‘muthaf****r’ over and over. It was like the drill sergeant from Full Metal Jacket and not really what I want my kids to hear (where was Private Pile when you needed him?). This ‘music’ was so loud that I couldn’t talk to my wife on the next sunbed. You might ask why we didn’t just move to a quieter part of the park- you can’t, you’re allocated a specific sunbed according to a system enforced by burly security guards who direct you where to go. Overall, it’s small, rough, and not at all relaxing. Save your money.

Here is some essential onfo if you are planning a visit, experiences of a couple visiting in July 2021: - Fees: Entrance 13e (incl entrance, sunbed and umbrella), parking 3e, locker 2-3e (get key best to the bar, place called Emporio) - NOTE that showers are not included. Everybody I watched went to the pools without showering. There aren't outside showers either, I saw one person shower by a "sprinkle" shower by the pool. You can pay for the normal showers with coins, we didn't. - IMPORTANT, swimming caps are mandatory. They sell them in the Emporio 2€ each. I simply cannot understand this principle. Many Italians don't have a cap. Maybe we foreigners stick out so much that we get extra attention - but it is a wild west who needs to wear one and who doesn't. People use the caps in hilarious ways, like beanies, with all the hair out. So cleanliness is definitely not a reason for the rule and if they would be concerned, the showers would be free of charge. - Food: Mainly ice-cream, crepes, coffee and drinks. There is pizza and hot dogs but e.g. the hotdogs we ate were supermarket bread and supermarket sausage in the microwave plus one small bag och ketchup for 3,50€. Soda 0.33l 2€, ice-cream around 2€. - Payments: Card ok at the entrance and bar, at least - The park: First thought, there are almost no watches around so we missed some of the slides because they closed early. There is one pool, the wave pool, for adults, the other ones are for children. Plus some slides for older children and adults. - The "best" part: On a Thursday there were animators by the small pool and the wave pool. By the wave pool there was loud remix music playing, coordinated dancing, quizzes etc going on. So don't expect peace and quiet. We were quite baffled but it was a fun cultural difference. There was one animator with curly hair, he had amazing dance moves and energy, we followed his dangind for a full hour :) All in all, I will not go again but the dancer with the cyrly hair was amazing!
