This medium Hiking of 2 and half / 3 hours will take you to Valle della Luna, or "Moon Valley" is a Lost Paradise that you cannot miss during your Visit in Sardinia! A scenic beauty and nature, the area of Capo Testa it's simply wonderful. The Promontory was one of the last place of Europe populated by hippies, living in the caves since the 60s. Today you can only find few people staying for few days in the area, especially in July and August. For the rest of the year it's absolutely very quiet and peaceful place, where you can easily see the only owner of the place: Wild Goats running up and down in the valley! In the past was used from the Roman for the quarries, and in some places you can also see the Spanish watchtowers overlooking the Straight of Bonifacio, Corsica (FRANCE).

Our tour are departing from Olbia However we do pick up guest also from the surrounding areas and we'll drive up to the Northern part of Sardinia, so you'll have a comfortable journey along the Sardinian countryside. Before of the hike we'll stop ina Supermarket just in case you need to purchase anything or also get a quick coffe before to begin the walk!

We had an amazing hiking experience with Luca! He was very knowledgeable about the area and especially attentive to some of us beginner hikers. We enjoyed the amazing scenery and turquoise beaches. We also had an opportunity to meet new friends along the way! Book this tour with Luca it was fantastic!

Luca was an absolutely fantastic tour guide of the Moon Valley! We were staying in Pittulongu and he was able to pick us up right at our Airbnb. The day went very smooth. We first stopped at a supermarket to use the restroom and get any last minute snacks before our adventure. We then headed to the trail. It was full of hiking, and maneuvering through rocks. It was such a fun experience with amazing views. After we finished (about 3 hours in duration), he dropped us of in the city center for each of the respective groups to have lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch we then headed to the local beach for a swim and relaxation. We had about 2 hours after the hike for lunch and the beach. Highly recommend this adventure with Luca!

We took a hike to Moon Valley with Luca as our tour guide. He was able to pick up and drop us off from our Airbnb with no issues. Throughout the whole process, he communicated well and was timely and helpful. When we arrived at the valley he was very knowledgeable about the local history and herbs and was constantly making jokes. In terms of hiking, he made it look so easy but was always there to help and prevent issues. Our group was lovely and friendly and Luca made sure to make us all feel involved. He made the hiking look so easy even in 30 degrees! We had other issues with public transport in general and he was quick to offer in-depth help, going above and beyond. I cannot recommend this experience or Luca as a guide any more ~ this was true value for money and memories for a lifetime.

Love, love, loved it! Luca was a great communicator. He picked us up at our apartment and drove us to the start of the hike while giving us information about the island. We hiked in a cool area with a lot of rock formations. You definitely need tennis shoes, lightweight pants (some wore shorts), and water. This was legit - not a stroll in the park. He dropped us off for lunch at a beautiful beach and then took us to a small town where we walked around, ate gelato and looked in shops. It’s about an hour drive from Olbia to the hiking spot, but well worth it. We were able to relax and look at the scenery. On the way back, I think we all fell asleep (siesta time). If you are an active person, this is your jam.

We combined the city and Archeology tours together. There were 3 of us in a tuk tuk which worked out well. Do put long hair in a braid, bring water, and comfortable walking shoes. When going into the sights, we did leave our bags with the tuk tuk. The audio guide was in English and gave a nice introduction to the sights and there were placards to read as well. We were the only ones at the sights and no entrance fees. It was nice to go at our own pace. The guide introduced us to cork trees as well. The sights are easy to walk to, only 1 was up hill, the castle ruins. My niece also found small animal bones here, so she was entertained. It was a good outing for everyone.

Our most amazing day we've spent in Sardinia! The tour was fantastic, we spent such an exciting and active day with our guide, Luca. We agreed in the pick up time the night before, he came to our B&B and we spent about an hour with travelling to The Moon Valley. The car was really comfortable, we had still mineral water for the whole day also we got coffees before we started the hiking. The actual hiking was unbelievable, so beautiful, we've never seen landscape like this before. Luca is an amazing tour guide and a great person too, we enjoyed every bit of the day. After about 3 hours hiking we had the choice to stay on the beach or go to a restaurant to have our lunch. On the way back to Olbia we stopped in Santa Teresa for ice cream. We asked for some recommendations from Luca for restaurants and things to do in our last day, and he shared with us a whole bunch of places with extra information on things to know also the next morning he sent us update on weather conditions and what is available on that day. Taking this hiking tour was one of our best choices during our vacation, highly recommend to everyone who likes to spend their day actively.

Luca was a great guide. Very accommodating and knowledgeable he was also very organised in arranging pick up. The hike was interesting, we picked the challenging route and it was challenging with the heat. Don't forget your hat. It wad a nice beach at the end of the hike and mini stop at santa Teresa. What a great experience. I will recommend it.

We were a group of 8 and had the most amazing day. Luca was excellent-very patient, warm and friendly lots of knowledge, excellent English mixed with humour! Medium level hike difficulty, breathtaking scenery and beautiful swimming stops Highly recommend this tour
