An online remote working workshop designed to give your people the space to express how they are feeling while working remotely, and to provide them with the tools and techniques to make all your online meetings inclusive, engaging and productive.
Training & education
This workshop starts with the Productivity/Motivation Matrix, before moving to a deeper discussion on how participants are coping with the remote working using the Three Circles of Emotional Regulation model.
The power of this workshop is that participants learn that an emotional response is completely natural and learn tools and techniques from each other to bring the systems back into balance.
90 minutes and 30 minute pre-workshop with a team leader to identify key issues
The session will be broken down into the following sections
Technology check and talk (video conferencing and whiteboard)
Introductions and ice-breaker
Temperature check - how are you feeling right now
Main focus run in virtual breakout rooms
Debrief learnings from exercise
Review what it means for my team
Review what it means for me - personal reflection
