The night before the tour, I received an email cancelling the Tour without an explanation......actually 8 hours before pick up which left no alternative to seek another tour. Beware of this possibility.

Was rainy and miserable but Lisa made the most out of it. Audio guide was absolutely useless (almost a rip-off) since we were dropped off in the middle section of the audio.

The Guidance from Dora was excellent. Lot of information about best places to visit. She was very patient with everyone and be able to help as much as she can.

Alda and Mico were amazing. Awesome service and fantastic driver. It was a great experience from start to finish. Must do!!

This tour guide was terrible. Did not offer any information about locations. Bus parked so far away from attractions and guide took off at a rapid pace with several people who walked with canes and left them behind to find their own way. As a solo traveler I did not feel comfortable exploring Florence on my own at dusk, especially after guide told us someone was robbed last week. Trip back to Rome took 3 hours and 40 minutes with NO stop for restrooms- this was cruel and inhumane.

Very smooth and comfortable bus ride from Rome to Pisa which took 5 hours but didn't feel the time! Then Pisa to Florence and back to Rome. Dora, the tour guide, was very friendly throughout the trip and was always happy to help. Would always recommend!

The tour was fantastic! A great way to get an introduction to Pisa and Florence. Dora, our guide, was extremely helpful, informative and polite. Highly recommend! *The one thing I would say that needs improvement was the description and explanation of the meeting point on the app; it was not accurate. The meeting point is not under the bus station sign, it is by the large terminal building to the left of the bus station..... and.... the address is not accurate either. Double check that before you depart for your meeting point.*** Even with that small hiccup, we made it and the tour was great! Happy travels.
