The trip provider said initially they cannot do the guided tour and only provide entry but when I insisted they arrange another tour for me they were able to. It turned out ok but did cause a lot of anxiety as I wasn't sure till a day before if my tour will work out or not.

Francesca Ciaopi was very knowledgeable and explained very nicely! I will book my tour again! She was puntual and always with a smile …….

The trip was canceled as we were only people who showed up . That’s not fair for us since we made an effort to show up … so they should have gone ahead with the trip rather than canceling as it wasn’t our fault and they should have understood that it’s our first time and probably last time in Florence and we shouldn’t have to miss the experience….. rather they should have made sure we get our tour as we were present !

We were so very lucky to have Vittoria as our guide. She was fantastic - knowledgeable and enthusiastic about art, and an expert on the Uffizi. We all had such a great time, our only regret is that it wasn't a bit longer. The Uffizi gallery us fantastic too, but Vittoria added another layer to this already great museum.

Olga was absolutely amazing! I learned so much from her, she made it awesome! Loved her. All the art was so inspiring, gave me chills to see it in person. Books don’t do it Justice.

Our tour guide Olga was wonderful! She did a phenomenal job of guiding us through the Uffizi (which is just massive and can be overwhelming) to the most beautiful works. She knew the history of the pieces, the artists and Florence and did a wonderful job of explaining them along the way. You also get amazing views of the Arno River, the Ponte Vecchio, the Cathedral etc from this gallery. Seeing the Birth of Venus in person is a life experience I will never forget! I am so glad I got to show my children!

We enjoyed our tour of the Uffizi. Very crowded museum and we felt fortunate to skip the line and get the highlights of the museum with our guide. I appreciated that our guide was perfectly on time. There’s so much to see at the Uffizi. I felt content that we got to see the highlights and would highly recommend.

Our tour was nice. They met exactly where they said they would, our tickets worked and gave us access to the museum for the remainder of the day. The only reason I did not give a five star was that our guide's English was a little more broken than I would have hoped. But she was kind and our group was very, very small so we were able to help her find the words she was searching for. The tour only highlights a few pieces in the museum, so it felt a bit rushed and did not touch on a few of the artworks we hoped it would. But since we had more time after the tour, and our tickets were still good for the whole day we found the works we wanted to see and visited them on our own.

It was so crowded in the Uffizi, we would not have been able to see anything if it was not for the guide, ticket provided and choice/explanation of most important exhibits. An experience not to be missed and well worth the price paid.

Alex was our tour guide and she was first class. If she is not an art historian, she would definitely qualify as one. She knew her material inside and out and very much made our experience at the Ufizzi the highlight of our trip.
