Our guide Hilaria met us by the Bargello entrance. She was friendly, knowledgeable & easy to understand. The museum was worth the visit. No lines, not crowded. Many interesting sculptures, including 3-4 by Michelangelo. Glad we went on this tour.

Fantastic museum . I loved the history of the building , the architecture- and of course the art. A very informative visit - the only reason it wasn’t 5* was because the visit was a bit rushed . I couldn’t hear the guide well (no radio) and there was an echo of other visitors on the stone walls . Fortunately we could stay after the tour and continue on our own

The guide was knowledgeable, but dry and not very animated. Lots of context for the different pieces of art, but very little on the techniques, history, and significance. Enjoyed the museum, but will find a different tour company next time!

Our wonderful guide, Martina, pitched the tour and talk just right. She gave a brief history of Florence and the Bargello, giving context to the art works she highlighted on the tour. She also told us about other parts of the Bargello we could explore ourselves after our tour with her was finished. Thank you Martina

The Bargello is an extremely interesting museum and it was not very busy when we went. Better experience than Pitti Palace, Accademia, and Uffizi, in our view. Tour guide was knowledgeable enough. Recommended experience.

Francesca (our guide) was great, very knowledgeable and keen to keep the tour interesting. We had a few guided tours of galleries and museums in Florence and this one was the best.
