Stefano was very good at communicating everything about the tour experience, he even contacted me to see where we were staying in order to make the tour easier for us with the original meeting spot. We were there on a busy day, so the tour ahead of us was running long and he let us know to be at the meeting spot 20 minutes later than originally planned, Ivan was our tour guide, who was born in Florence and had an inside view of their history and was more than eager to share everything about the history with us! The hour went by extremely fast, however the knowledge I learned, i was able to meet back up with our group of friends and give them a walking tour of what i had just learned! It was fantastic! Ivan told us a few inside secrets on how to locate the best restaurants as well as what to avoid. After the tour Stefano contacted me to make sure everything was up to par with our tour and to ask if i had any questions. I asked about a leather shop and street art. He gave me suggestions for both and i was able to find my wife an amazing leather chest bag to replace her plan ole black Lulu Lemon chest bag. He also gave me a couple suggestions on where i might be able to find some Christmas ornaments, in April….. I found everything i needed with his suggestions. This company cares about the customers they come in contact with! I highly recommend!!! Thank you to both Ivan and Stefano! I will suggest to any friend’s i have coming to Florence!

Stefano was fantastic ! We had some issues finding him , but he kept in constant contact until we met. He has so much enthusiasm to share his city. Tour by Rickshaw is the perfect introduction to the city and all it has to offer. We were on a cruise so we had only a few hours in Florence, but I think Stefano's tour is the best way to see the city before deciding what you want to see in depth. The day we toured was a Sunday and very crowded, but Stefano was able to navigate thru the large crowds it was such a relaxing way to tour. Grazie Stefano Grazie !

We opted for 1.5 hour tour and it was great! The tour was very informative and after the tour we made a plan of what we wanted to prioritise for the next day. I liked that we were shown some hidden gems that you probably wouldn’t find alone. The English speaking was excellent and all of our questions were answered. Good service and very happy customers.

Stefano was brilliant! Loved every minute!! What a fantastic way to start our trip in Florence. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the history of Florence, it's families, buildings and culture and made sure we were comfortable, answered questions and engaged in lively conversation the entire trip around historical Florence. I recommend this tour to anyone heading there. It brought to life so much history we would never have known. From, "Meg-and-Joe".
