If I could give 10/5 stars I would. If you are the kind of person that enjoys experiencing culture and unique things to do, you found it. We have never been to Italy and had no idea what to expect with this one. The cab driver didn't know exactly where the drop off point was. We basically were dropped off in front of an apartment building with no idea where to go. Make sure that you connect via WhatsApp so that he can guide you to where you need to go. You basically make dinner in his house with his family. After that you eat dinner with his family. It was an absolute amazing time! They are all just absolute amazing people and extremely helpful and fun. I cannot express how great this night was. It was the highlight of our time in Italy. You are making the right decision here. I would do this again if I ever go back.

Our host, Gaetano was welcoming and generous with his time. We prepared two types of pasta together, shared stories and generally had a great time. His family was also very welcoming and we had a great time with them as well. We were able to share a little slice of local culture and were made to feel at home. And the food was outstanding! Highly recommended!

The night started out by learning the proportions of egg to the two types of flour to make the pasta and kneading it all together. Then we made a large type of tortellini/ravioli with piped ricotta which was so fresh! The pasta sauces made by the chef were simple, yet AMAZING! The most memorable part was meeting his whole family and having the dinner with them!
