Visiting the Jewish ghetto was super cool and extremely interesting. To start the tour we went to the Jewish museum which had so much stuff about Jewish history in Rome, and it was actually really fascinating to see all that. Our guide, Michaela, was awesome – she knew everything about the ghetto and made the streets and their stories come alive. The synagogue was just beautiful, like nothing I've seen before. I learned a ton. Michaela was the best! She even took us to this amazing restaurant and bakery at the end. The food was so good! Definitely the best tour I've been on.

Our guide Michaela made Rome's Jewish history both past and present come to life for my teenage daughter and I. She kept us interested with historical fact, her own personal stories and much more. She was entertaining, interesting, and charismatic. The synagogue is beautiful, and the walking tour was full of exciting discoveries, all culminating in a stop at the local kosher bakery for typical Roman sweets. This is a must when in Rome!

Micaela's tour was the highlight of our trip to Rome. Two friends who had taken this tour referred us to Micaela. She is so knowledgeable and thoughtful and packed a ton of information into our day and we felt like we were given a "behind the scenes" special look because we chose this tour. We would highly recommend choosing Micaela's tour to anyone visiting Rome. Many thanks/Grazie/Todah Rabah for a wonderful experience!
