We enjoyed our day trip to Venice!! Wish our guide would have explained the gondola situation a little more in depth but it turned out to be another amazing experience. We do wish we had more free time to explore, experience and shop. The guides should consider wait times to go into places. You won’t be allowed to enter the church if you have on shorts and the wait time is at least 45 mins.

The guided tour of Venice was interesting, as well as the historical facts that our guide (Salvatore) shared with us during the bus journey. The bus itself was comfortable, and we did enough stops. The optional gondola ride was great, I highly recommend taking it.

The trip experience was average. The coach journey was smooth and plenty of stop offs to go to the toilet etc. The tour guide was very unfriendly. Had to pay €25 per person for the gondola boat ride. Not much time in Venice, had about 2 hours of free time all together. If I had known this, I would have independently went to Venice and explored myself.

The overall trip was nice! You don't have a lot of time to explore on your own, but the tour guide does a great job explaining things on the walking part of the tour. It's hot and humid in Venice right now so keep that in mind. Maybe take a sun hat or umbrella. My only complaint would be the viator ad made it sound like the gondola ride is included but we had to pay 25 euros extra per person to actually go on the gondola ride. Hopefully they get that fixed so it's more clear in the future. Even with the extra cost its still a good trip if your short on time and only have a day to go to venice.

One of the best tours we've taken. Our guide (Eddie?) Was just fantastic! Very knowledgeable, took time to explain everything and made sure everyone was looked after. If you want to see the beautiful city of Venice in 1 day. This is the only tour you need. Excellent value for money. Honestly, I can not recommend this enough! The walking tour was my highlight.. But there are so many other parts to this tour. I'm sure nobody will be disappointed taking this.

I was picked up on my own from Bergamo Railway Station. Then out to meet a coach that was coming from Milan. It takes a couple of hours to get to Venice. You have a short stop on the way, to use the restrooms and grab a coffee. On arriving into Venice, you head to a boat that takes you over to St Marc's Square. We had a amazing tour guide, I forget her name unfortunately. You are given a radio so you can hear her as you walk round. We met up with another lady who lives in Venice. She gave us a short walk round and we went to see glass being made. After we was free for a few hours to ourselves and met up later to go back on the boat and home.

I loved this experience so much. Our bus driver and tour guide were the best! They wrapped the tour up to be around an hour instead of 2 hours to give us more time to roam around and enjoy ourselves. The absolute best trip and money spent !! I loved it so much !!!!!

It's easy to take a quick day trip to Bergamo from Venice via train - and well worth it. Focus on the Citta Alta for authentic Italian cuisine and shops.

Excursion de Bergamo a Venecia, mi participación en esta actividad se reduce a pagar 198 euros y perderlos al no permitirme hacer una modificación en la fecha de la reserva ( por causa justificada y demostrada a Zani Viaggi )pues ni yo ,ni mi amiga , teníamos forma humana de contactar un lunes laborable por la tarde con nadie de Zani Viaggi para proceder a ello. Incluso civitatis que cobra solo por hacer de mediador dijo que tampoco podía contactar con zani viaggi. Zani Viaggi da señales de vida después de abordada la excursión para decir que no nos modifica la fecha ni devuelve el dinero porque ha perdido de vender nuestras plazas a otra gente lo que No es cierto. Se ofertaron plazas al menos a través de la página de civitatis hasta el comienzo de la excursión que se reaalizo con asientos libres. Se negaron a hacer una modificación de fecha en la reserva, cuando había plazas libres en las dos fechas involucradas en el cambio. Nadie debería contratar nada por adelantado con esta empresa si no quiere arriesgarse a que le estafen y le mientan sin pudor.
