Highlight of our trip to Italy. We had two guides, Andrea and Monica, who were not only informative but also made sure all the guests were safe, accounted for and on time. Pace was good even for mobility-challenged people. Plenty of time to explore Portofino but no time to wander a bit in Genoa. Genoa local guide Antonella adeptly explained the history of Genoa in a nutshell, described the anecdotes about the countless palaces and much more. Bus trip to Santa Margherita where we boarded the boat to Portofino makes one wonder how all the magnificent houses were so concentrated in one place. Driver was so skilled navigating the winding and narrow roads. Boat ride to Portofino was short and pleasant. At Portofino, my head kept turning left and right as I couldnt seem to soak in enough of the blended tapestry of God-created and man-made scenery..

We didn't go on the trip as it was cancelled due to lack of participation. The alternate trip to cinque Terre was cancelled due to inclement weather.

It was great trip, seeing the history of Genova & where Christofer Colombie was born was a plus. I liked walking in it’s narrow streets & experiencing it Salvatore was a great guide. He was helpful w where to go & knew the area well. Portofino is the best one with great shopping & best views & the best gelato in Italy.

GREAT EXPLANATIONS AND SEAMLESS ARRANGEMENTS. ANTONELLA KNEW EVERYTHING ABOUT GENOA AND NAJMA EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ELSE. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Our two guides were great but unfortunately I don't recall their names. We started in Genoa with some nice panoramic views of the city and waterfront. The city itself is interesting with a lot of history. Lots of foccacia shops and wish we could have had five minutes to get a snack. We continued to Santa Margherita for lunch. I thought this city was beautiful. Lots of great places to eat and walk around to shop. Ferry to Portofino was great. Portofino itself was super crowded when you get off the boat. Most restaurants there on the waterfront were packed. We did not make it up to the church as it was uphill and we were tired as it was our first full day. The bus to and from Milan is two hours each way. There is one stop half way at the Autogrill so you can get snacks or use the restrooms. Overall we enjoyed this tour.

This tour was great, our tour guide was excellent, time spent at each stop was great. We did have a delay because a lady did not return to the bus at the time given. I really enjoyed the walking tour of Genova, Santa Margarita and Portofino are beautiful.

Beautiful coastline. Felt the italian scenery. A little of history in Genoa. A little of celebrity life in Portofino.

The tour idea is nice and it would have been amazing if it wasn’t that I got lost and the tour left me. Nat, was the guide, the tour started in Milano to Portofino (long distance) of you are someone that is never on time, you will have a bad experience. I arrived at the meeting point 5 min late to go back to st margarita the group left me and I when in the next boat which delayed me 5 more min when I got to st margarita the bus was already gone. I cried so much because the distance from where I was to Milan was a lot and I didn’t know what to do. I when back to Milan on a train that lasted 4 hours by myself. Next day I got a WhatsApp message saying to return the audio guide and they didn’t bother to ask if I was ok. I when to Zani Viaggi office to return the audio guide and I advice they to give the tour guide a list of contact from the people that are taking tour to at least give a call if someone get lost. We are in 2023 if you don’t communicate is because you don’t want. I had a bad time that day just because they couldn’t wait 5 min and no communication. It hard to travel by itself and go through stuff like this. I understand that the guide work with a certain time and we need to be respectful and things happen but is important to show empathy and humanity
