I am Luca, I am a professional chef, living and working in Turin.
Previously, I have been chef and owner, for almost 10 years of famous seafood restaurant with fish shop inside .
One year ago I left my job to embrace my new dream, host and cook for my guests.
In April 2018, I started my new adventure! The dream has become reality.
I love to welcome new people to my home from all over the world, take them to discover and taste a gourmand experience.
In my home guests can taste fish, seafood and game dishes. Everything cooked is "wild", not farmed.
All my dishes are typical Italian (from different regions) with a "fusion" touch.
I propose a menu taking great care to be attentive to the seasonality of the products, local and organic only.
Breads, breadsticks, dessert and sorbetto are home made daily.

I will be hosting in my home, in the historical centre of Turin, in front of a wonderful and romantic square, overlooking renowned monuments. Within just a few minutes walk you can easily reach the Egyptian museum, the famous Piazza di Castello and the largest fruit and vegetable market in Italy, as well as many other monuments and points of historical interest. ***** A convenient parking is located 20 meters from me. ***** For our international guests, I will cook dishes full of history, tradition and taste using only the best raw ingredients. The bread, breadsticks and desserts are handmade every day. The menu is entirely dedicated to fish and game dishes. ***** The menu includes an amuse-bouche with a welcome glass, three appetizers, a pasta dish, main course and dessert. Wine (of the chef's choosing), water and coffee are incuded. ***** Guests can also stay after dinner and enjoy refined cocktails whilst at the same time remaining within the ambience of the home dining area. We have an excellent wine list to suit even the most discerning customers, including Italian wines and French champagne. Guests can find the finest spirits, Italian and foreign liqueurs, and the tasting of fine chocolates. ***** The menu can change according to the seasons in order to ensure the best quality. ***** - Please feel free to specify any intolerances or ingredients that you'd prefer to be avoided. - Wi-fi. - Elevators. - Bathroom for exclusive customers use only. ***** Please find below an example of the menu. It was great! Lucas is a wonderful host and a great chef. We chatted, shared a few glasses of wine with Lucas, then tucked into a delicious multi-course meal. Lucas' "scallop" (actually a small goat cheese, wrapped in paper-thin boar bacon, topped with nuts and honey) is to die for. Highly recommended to everybody who loves food, wine and company.
We are a wine tasting group (10) visiting Piedmont and we had a great evening. The food was a wonderful selection of traditional local dishes with a twist. The wines, from Luca's personal cellar, were well matched to the food . The private dining room was quirkily furnished which added to the atmosphere. The meal and wine tastings were a fine end to our trip to Piedmont.
We spent a lovely evening at Luca’s enjoying an exquisite meal. We highly recommend his home restaurant!
If you are seeking a unique, top notch culinary experience, I highly recommend dinner with a Luca. The menu was unique, creative and thoughtfully authentic to the region. Starting with the stylish venue he created and continuing through an unrushed dinner with excellent food and wine, everything about the evening was first rate.
