Claudia was a very good tour guide. She gave us historical information about Tuscany, the people, politics, and food. We thoroughly enjoyed the castle tour. The pasta factory was interesting, glad they use bronze extrudes instead of Teflon, and the slow drying process adds to the fine quality. (We brought some home and it is so much better than speedy factory made in USA.). Our tour of the Danielle meat and Picorelli Cheese was informative and delicious! Thank you Claudia!
