It was a nice boat ride and the glass blower was amazing. Aside from that 15 min I would have rather spent the time in Venice. No tour of the lace making and the last island was not that interesting to me.

Murano and Burano and definitely worthwhile visiting, however, Torcello was a waste of time clearly just trying to bring in some tourist dollars for the very small local population. Use of toilet cost €1.50. Time would be better spent at Murano which was way more interesting but gave us insufficient time to enjoy.

We really loved Murano and Burano. We think it would be better to spend more time at each and leave Torcella off and also offer lunch or time for lunch somewhere in addition. Otherwise great!

You have to expect that there is a lot of people on the boat, probably like a hundred. Appart from that, it is a great way to have all your transport to the Islands organized. Murano looks a little like Venice. If you want to buy glass there is a lot of shops outside cheaper than the one we get the demonstration from. Burano is really beautiful. You should get away from the main streets to take pictures as there is a lot of tourists. Some people say Torcello is unecessary but i found it to be the best one. There is a lot more nature than the other ones and the vibe is totally différent.

Enjoyed seeing the islands but there was not enough time. We only had 50 minutes in Murano and part of that was the factory demo and gift shop. Burano should have allowed 2 hours as there was so much to see there. Torcello was disappointing- wedding prevented people from seeing the church which was the whole point. Our “guide” was unfriendly and had such a heavy accent that her English, German and French were all impossible to understand.

Island of Burano did a short excursion to this island, very pleasant and colourful had very nice seafood lunch great place to stroll amongst the shops and stalls.

First never understood ita a public tour, little clarity on ticketing point , The tour guide was very unprofessional and like uninterested in explaining - the places visited were an experience esp the glass making at Murano and church at Torcello

Loved this tour. Had a beautiful day and learned a lot. Well worth a day trip. Torcello was an unexpected gem.

We were at the designated departure point on time. The only information we could get from the Viator app was that we had reached our destination. The guide never showed up. It was extremely disappointing because we had such a limited time in Venice and we ended up needing to find a way to visit in Marano on our own because the guide stood us up.

We thought we were getting an English language tour of Murano, Burano, and Torcello. The boat rides between the islands were nice, and the everything ran on time. Unfortunately, the one guide gave the tour in 5 languages in a shot gun fashion, so that all of the same information was repeated 5 times one language at a time, but in an endless stream of words. When I agreed to an English led tour that is what I expected -- I did not get that.
