Beautiful views of Murano and Burano islands. A bit messy to find the actual Lagoon group tour, but once you see the big boat with the name on the tour details is clear that you are in the right place.

Murano factory demonstration was very nice. Burano island is very beautiful but when we went it was raining a lot so we could not enjoynit as much

Take this trip if you don’t want to know history off information about Murano and Burano. Advertised that this tour would be in English. But instead it was in English, Italian, French and Spanish with no breaks in between the language and English pronunciation was bad to the point that the only thing we recognized that she said was “on the right” “on the left” and what time to return to boat. No info or history about why the buildings are painted different colors or anything. Would love the history and information about where I’m visiting and paid to tour.

Murano was dull. Just a lesser version of Venice. The glass blowing was very brief with way too many people crammed into the same room at one time followed by a cheap attempt to sell glass products. The tour wasn’t really guided; just a few very brief occasional explanations along the way. The ‘guide’ was difficult to understand. Too much time was spent on the slow boat that had no working toilet. Burano was a beautiful town. You’re best off just sailing directly to Burano.

The islands were beautiful! Pleasant boat ride, lots to see. Need a water closet in the boat. Announcements were in multiple languages!

Boat ride to the islands was great. After the glass demonstration they lead you into their store. It is very expensive, other smaller shops have a lot more reasonable prices

We enjoyed Murano but I can honestly say we fell in love with Burano’s charm. Loved the glass maker in Murano, the skill set is exceptional.

Both islands were beautiful. However, we didn't have enough time on each island to explore on our own. We felt rushed.

Quite well organised. We loved Burano and the boat trip. Murano was ok however we found it to be a bit too touristy. Burano was fabulous and I would love to go back there. Such a bright beautiful island.

Disappointed in tour. We waited where we were told to wait no one was there we waited and found someone to ask not in a blue lagoon shirt as we were advised to look for when we asked someone she said this way… we got on a boat with over 200 ppl not expected she was hard to hear and half in Italian and half in English Signed up for English tour thought it was a small group. At glass factory we watched but little was explained. Not what we were expecting. Friends went the day before and said their tour guide was amazing. Ours was not. I don’t recommend this particular trip
