Daniel and his family were the best hosts you could ask for. Daniel went out of his way for us, and was open, kind, interesting and funny. We loved meeting his family and cooking together, as well as hearing about life in Italy. Could not recommend this more highly, an experience I won't forget. Make sure to find Daniel if you are in the area!

We had such an incredible time, I cannot recommend this experience enough. Friendly, amazing people, wonderful food, traditional Italian music and home made wine. So, so good.

This was one of the best and most memorable experiences I have ever had with my family! Starting off, the host Daniel responded at 10pm the night before to help arrange the trains and even picked us up from the station! We toured the family farm, learned to make amazing pasta and even met the entire family! BOOK THIS! You will have so much fun!

A fantastic experience. This is a wonderful way to learn how to make traditional Italian pasta, but seeing a beautiful Italian family in their home and seeing the farm that they source produce from is unforgettable. Thank you Daniel and family for a wonderful experience.

The workshop took place in the living room of Daniel and Anna. We were accompanied by the queen of pasta, Rosalba! She showed us how to do it, but only once. After that you are invited to get your own hands dirty, Rosalba and Daniel assist you whilst you make lovely ravioli and tagliatelle. They only use fresh ingredients, some of which they grow or make themselves and you can absolutely taste the difference! The workshop is not only about you getting confident about making pasta yourself, you also get a look inside a family that lives here and Anna makes some lovely additional side dishes for you. You share (homemade) drinks with the hosts and just have a great time for approximately 4 hours. The price of the workshop was €35 for 1 person, children can join for a discount. If you ask me it is definitely worth it!

We had an incredible time with Daniel, Rosabla, and their family! We made two types of pasta in the family kitchen (too cold for their gorgeous outdoor cooking space), walked through their arugula and strawberry fields, and experinced wonderful Italian hospitality. We got a little lost in the way to Capaccio, but Daniel was so helpful and even gave us a lift to the train station to get back to our hotel in Salerno. This was a unique, educational, fun, and memorable way to spend an evening in Italy! Highly recommend! If Rosabla's sweetness does t win you really over, her cooking certainly will!
