Alina was an excellent host, chef, and somm, who was eager to share her experiences in cooking authentic Italian food. We made almost everything from scratch, including the tagliatelle and ravioli pasta. We also made tiramisu. We had so much fun interacting with two other couples. As a bonus, we got a tour of the Olive oil processing facility on site. So much fun and I would highly recommend.

Alina is so warm and welcoming. We had a terrific time. Most of my friends are great cooks, and we still learned new tips and techniques, and had delicious food that we will make again. The location is beautiful and relaxing. We would absolutely do this again.

This was a highlight of my trip to Italy. It was recommended by someone i met on the street in Montepulciano. She had just been to the class and had a wonderful time. I contacted Alina and got signed up for the class. We started the day by picking vegetables from her garden then quickly jumped into the art of the perfect pasta! Alina was passionate about her heritage and keeping generations of recipes alive. We ate what we made, drank wine from her vineyard and used olive oil from the farm. It was a lovely experience. A must while in Tuscany!

The farm is beautiful. Alina is very knowledgeable and everyone there was warm and welcoming. They did a great job keeping everyone busy with cooking. The lunch, wine and limoncello were delicious. We only wished that we could bring some limoncello from them home.
