This was one of the most memorable and fun days we had in Florence with a beautiful view & delicious food!

The whole experience was filled with laughs and world class instruction. But we were most impressed by Chef Luca's effortless mastery of turning flour and an egg into perfectly formed pasta. We also enjoyed shopping at Mercato Centrale, particularly sampling the wonderful cheeses and meats. Our only disappointment was the size the class; a smaller class would have added to more personal experience in the kitchen.

We are on our honeymoon and were unable to attend a pasta cooking class… Viator was amazing and they were able to reschedule our excursion to this pizza and gelato cooking class… At first we were a bit disappointed that it wasn’t the pasta one , but I’m a pizza fanatic so we went for it anyway and thank God we did ! We wouldn’t change for the world. This class started off with great energy , social interaction and best of all our instructors had the best sense of humor! They were funny, informative, helpful and something that has never happened during any of our other excursions… they pause and take pictures of you ! They want you to have a great experience and cater to you. We had a cute small intimate group and it was so much fun. Best pizza and gelato made by us! With the best guidance while having a blast. Best tour in Italy ♥️

This was the most incredible experience ever! Luca, Carmelo and the ladies are absolutely amazing. It is fun, informative and worth every cent! The location in itself is breathtakingly beautiful. The food you learn to make is delicious and there are so many other tips and tricks passed over to you during the day! We were a group of 7 and none of us would hesitate to book this again! This was definitely a highlight of our entire Italy trip!

Was an amazing day starting with the trip to the Mercato central ( market ) to shop for the ingredients then a short walk to our bus to travel to the farmhouse where we learned to cook. Our chef Luca was great and very funny and kept things light. He had everyone working together to make our meal which we were able to eat at the end of the day before travelling back to the city. I would recommend this 5 star experience. Thank you.

The Tuscan Farmhouse experience with Luca and Carmela and team was absolutely amazing. Light hearted, fun and informative. My best friend and my daughter both enjoyed as well. The Tuscan Farmhouse Team work hard to make this experience true Florentinian and speak to the history of the food with knowledge and passion. Thank you to Luca, Carmela and the team for a wonderful day. Mel, Lori and Kira.

I nearly made a terrible mistake..we had limited time in Florence and a coking class just didn’t seem to stack up to the historic sights….well was I wrong. From the start this is one of, if not the best, experiences my family has had in Italy. Our hosts were so engaged, enthusiastic and professional the day flew by in the blink of an eye… The facility is beyond compare for ambience and quality. The support staff made everything flow seamlessly.. Our chef/instructor made the difficult seem easy as we cooked our way through traditional Italian dishes….they provided valuable insights and techniques making sure we could reproduce these dishes in our own homes.. Luca, our English speaking chef along with Camilla were a pleasure to work with..professionals both…! Take this class, you won’t regret it……..

I admit, a bit sceptical at first to be cooking in a larger group but how wrong I was. A great experience with Chef Luca adding to it all with his incredible energy and sense of humor. Great to visit the food market, very nice transportation to a beautiful venue for the actual cooking and luncheon. Warmly recommend!
