Had an amazing pizza making class with Peter. Peter’s English is extremely good (he’s actually from England originally, but father is from Naples), he’s very friendly, and most importantly he’s very passionate about pizza / food in general! This is the class to take if you want to learn how to make traditional neopolitan pizza. If you’re interested in other pizza styles, then you wont get much help but everything from dough -> cooking gets covered in this course. I was able to get a lot of my questions answered and was able to enjoy delicious pizza at the end as well!

You do learn how to make the dough and the pizza. The 2 issues I had that it was too hot in the room people were sweating while cooking. And there were no chairs; you stand for 4 hours. But the experience of the cooking was great
