Nutrition with the 5 senses

Hi, we are Jonathan&Teresa an international couple living in Rome. We have a health centre. Our elegant location, situated in the heart of Rome, with a breathtaking view on the Isola tiberina, includes a Yoga and Pilates studio, private training space, complementary medical studio a beauty treatment zone, a deluxe kitchen and four bathrooms. Our kitchen serves as an area where you can drink our homemade Kombucha, taste our biological wine and our pasta 'del senatore', which is completely biological and produced in small quantities by private farmers. Food for us means pleasure, joy, health and quality. Here at Plexus we offer alongside our in-house nutritionist a tasting session utilising the 5 senses. Using the senses to smell, taste and see the ingredients of the wine in an exciting and informative experience. We will also offer Kombucha making workshops, dinners and wine tastings!
