This off road tour exceeded our expectations! It was amazing to explore the nature and history of Sardegna with a local guide - our guide, Fabio, had a great knowlegde and passion for his work, and was able to answer all of our questions. He was even able to spot the griffons for us! The picnic by the beach with local cheese, meat, wine and bread was the perfect ending to an amazing day of exploring the island.

Anybody visiting Alghero would be well advised to do this tour. It was great to leave the city and take a trip out into the hinterland. We learned so much about the flora and fauna of the island and finished up with a lovely picnic near a beach. 10/10! The guide was excellent too!

This tour is a wonderful way to see get away from Alghero and be exposed to nature, ancient ruins and panoramic views. As a scientist, Fabio was so knowledgeable about everything we saw. We were in luck and we saw Griffin vultures. We enjoyed wine and Sardinian meats and cheeses at the end of the tour. Fabulous experience. Don’t miss it!

This was a great tour and well worth the money! Both english and italian speaking guides were professionally simultaneously doing their job as we drove to places with beautiful scenery.

Fabio and Francesco were fantastic guides. We really enjoyed travelling into the beautiful Sardinian countryside and learning about the flora and fauna. It was almost a mini foraging experience, with Franscesco also pointing out lots of interesting insects. Beautiful elevated views, a very informative visit to a historical site, finished off by local wine at a beautiful beach. What more could you ask for. Dont hesitate to book this trip.

I did this tour after my booking on the dolphin cruise was cancelled due to bad weather. This tour was excellent and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. Seeing the Nuragic structures was incredible- I can’t believe this isn’t a bigger tourist attraction. 5 hours well spent- especially if you don’t have a car as it allows you to see more of of what Sardegna has to offer other than the coast.
