This was a once in a lifetime afternoon with Simonetta. Everything from her beautiful home filled with her family history, to her exquisite pasta instruction, to an absolutely delicious lunch. Amazing. The amount of passion that Simonetta had for her food was incredible. Making the pasta was therapeutic and so interesting to see how simple and effective it was. Our days of always buying dried pasta are over. The lunch and the wine were amazing aswell. The location was amazing too, don't worry if you feel like you're lost as you drive out there you're more than likely just about to arrive. A truly wonderful experience and a lovely one to do on our honeymoon.

It was wonderful evening with Simonetta. The location is amazing, full with charm and invites you to explore and learn the local culture. Simonetta is a true guard of the old cooking and specially the art of preparing pasta in many traditional ways. The way that she conveys the history of the island and its many regions with their typical pasta preparing methods and different forms is outstanding. Her warm, open and friendly attitude gave us the feeling that we knew each other for a long time. We already followed her instructions at home and it came out amazing. We can warm recommend this experience.

This is a MUST in Olbia! It has always been on my bucket list to do a cooking class in Italy! Vittoria was so kind, patient, & knowledgeable! An exception at her craft! She welcomed us into her home with warmth & kindness as I know Italians to be! I enjoyed this pasta class & cannot wait to do it again! Don’t forget to sample the wine & olive oil she makes as well! I took a bottle of both home! The dinner at the end was exquisite! Getting to enjoy the pasta we made was amazing! I have to admit, Vittoria’s stuffed ravioli was better though! :) Thank you for a wonderful evening in Italy!

This is an absolute MUST when visiting Olbia or Sardegna. Simonetta grew up in the village and teaches you the ancient ways of making pasta, which are still used today and identified as a factor driving Sardegna’s well-known longevity.
