The unknown booking……..even though my booking had been confirmed and paid for through Viator, the company had no confirmation of the booking. , consequently we were left in limbo, What was disappointing is that the company that I booked with did not acknowledge my ticket and told me I must have booked with the next door.company. Had a GREAT experience with Hitinero in Camigliatello this August 2023 and I would recommend these guys to everybody without thinking twice. I do not normally leave reviews but everyone here needs to know. I had initially enquired in their store in Lorica but Camigliatello sounded like a better starting point, so Alessandro called me back to arrange the rental of four mE-bikes, including a size 24. He was kind, simple and clear in his explanation. You could tell he is genuinely passionate about this business and mountain bikes. He even gave me a family discount for a lower price than advertised online. I was emailed a link to complete an online payment, which was super convenient. On the day of the rental "short" Alessandro and "tall" Alessandro gave us phone holders and backpacks for free. They were interested in our safety. I am no expert but all bikes looked like new and very expensive. We were given some suggestions on where to go and what to be careful about. As some of us get tired, our group took a break and returned to the shop 2 hours late... but weren't charged any extra fee!!! all the guys were interested in was if we had enjoyed the day. Which we had, a lot. The bikes allowed us to see fantastic landscapes in strict contact with nature without getting tired. I could not even imagine to be able to do anything similar. It is different from walking, horse riding or moto cross. It's unique and it must be tried at least once. We enjoyed the day so much that the following day we rented two bikes and a guide to go fully off road!! Mario was our guide. We covered 46 km in a morning, going through mountain roads, fields, rocky climbs and proper woodland. The range of sights was amazing. The bikes carried us up effortlessly. We went downhill crazy fast like in a video game. We remained safe all along. And we also learnt the basics of mountain biking from the knowledgeable Mario. What an experience! We could have not asked for more. The padded seat cover was a bonus. We had no blisters, scratches aches or pains the following day. Just great memories! If you happen to be around Camigliatello don't miss the number 1 to do thing! Go with Hitinero and you wont's regret it.

I had never been e-biking before so I was a bit hesitant about the experience, but I am sooooo glad I (and my group) went for it! First of all, our guide Francesco Bruno was super professional, well-informed, kind, and easy to talk to. You can tell he has a real love and passion for the mountains, for mountain biking, and for nature from the way he so expertly pointed out the various plant, fungi, and fauna — of course peppering all his facts with fun stories. It's truly these types of travel guides who can make or break your travel experience, and Francesco made sure ours was one to write home about. I also loved the e-bikes themselves — if I didn't know any better, I would have thought they were brand new. They are easy to use, powerful, and of course, the breaks work very well. We went up a steep incline riddled with small pine cones and rocks, and I was shocked by how easily my e-bike carried me to the top. Not without a few stops of course, but that was part of the adrenaline-pumping experience. Francesco guided us through steep hills, panoramic views, and we were able to see both the enchanted forest and an amazing picture-perfect vista of the lake. At every rest stop, we were able to fill up on fresh mountain water and a few more nature anecdotes. Going downhill was my least favorite part — not only because it was surprisingly challenging, but also because I was sad that the experience was coming to an end. Francesco also brought a really nice DSLR camera w/ him and captured our experience way better than my iPhone or any selfie could have. Talk about getting the full package. By the time we arrived back at the HQ, I was honestly ready with my wallet out to reserve another half-day. Francesco treated us to some coffee and snacks, and told us about other mushroom-picking and trekking excursions that I'm honestly thinking of booking already.

È la seconda volta che per una passeggiata nei boschi in bici mi rivolgo ad Hitinero. La prima volta ho semplicemente noleggiato da solo una ebike e mi sono gustato i boschi e la natura incontaminata di quel posto meraviglioso. La seconda volta ho voluto ripetere l’esperienza facendomi accompagnare da una guida, dato che con me c’era anche mio figlio di 9 anni. Posso affermare che una guida competente e attenta come lo è stato Mario, può trasformarti una semplice passeggiata in un esperienza favolosa come lo è stata per me e mio figlio! Se potessi votare 100 lo farei tranquillamente. Complimenti !

Ho partecipato al tour in e-bike di 4 ore attraverso la maestosità della Sila, e posso dire con certezza che è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. Sotto la guida competente di esperti, ho pedalato lungo sentieri panoramici e pittoreschi villaggi, lasciandomi affascinare dalla bellezza del Parco Nazionale della Sila. L'uso delle e-bike ha reso il percorso piacevole e accessibile a tutti, indipendentemente dall'età o dal livello di preparazione. Se cercate un modo tranquillo e coinvolgente per esplorare la Sila, non potete sbagliare con questo tour in e-bike. È un'esperienza che consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia scoprire la bellezza incontaminata di questa regione. Abbiamo prenotato un giro con e-bike un po' titubanti xe' siamo inesperti ma con la guida di Francesco non abbiamo avuto nessun problema - Francesco è una guida preparata simpatica e molto disponibile - le bici sono veramente performanti - dopo 40 km di panorami spettacolari siamo tornati felici e per niente affaticati - Bravi tutti - professionali - se siete da quelle parti non perdetevi questi ragazzi eccezionali in un posto al TOP !!!!!

Due famiglie con 4 bambini tra i 10 e i 6 anni. Abbiamo effettuato l'itinerario delle vette (da Camigliatello Silano a Montescuro) in compagnia di due guide (nel nostro caso Francesca e Emanuele) preparatissime e attentissime soprattutto con i bambini e che hanno reso questa escursione bellissima e piacevole! Sicuramente da ripetere e soprattutto da consigliare alle famiglie che si trovano in zona!!

Prima cosa doverosa: il riconoscimento della cura e del garbo del sig. Eugenio, che il giorno del compleanno di Katiuscia ha reso davvero bella l"esperienza. Tutto organizzato con la massima professionalità e attenzione ai dettagli. Abbiamo fatto un giro in bicicletta con partenza da Camigliatello con la guida Francesca. Siamo arrivati al lago di Cecita passando per la vallata della Sila, fino ad arrivare in un punto panoramico bellissimo. Al ritorno siamo passati all'interno del parco Fluviale. Ottima e competente la guida Francesca che ci ha spiegato molto sulla Sila. Tour assolutamente da fare.
