Great experience to learn how one of the best cheeses in the world is made, like fine wines you can taste a young to aged cheeses and appreciate how a young cheese is on your pallet to a robust aged cheese, lived it! I would suggest two types of wine with this tasting though as there was one...... be prepared with good shied this is not a sandal type tour.. cheers!
