I cannot say enough wonderful things about Anthony. My girlfriends and I took a master class of making pasta from him and had the most fun. Not only is he knowledgeable in his field of being a chef but he is very funny and encouraging people to try new things and step out of their comfort zones. Highly recommend
It was an great class for making pasta. You will learn authentic Bolognese style of pasta. Chef Antonio is a real expert for that. He explained and showed me every detail. You can’t learn this in any other places. If you want to learn the authentic pasta techniques, you find a right person. He has a sense of humor as well. 😊
Perfetto! We were so happy, the food was very delicious and Antonio a wonderful teacher! My girlfriend had an amazing birthday.
I can’t say enough good things about Chef Antonio’s hospitality, kindness, and food knowledge. This was the highlight of my time in Bologna. So grateful for the tour and the lovely meal Antonio treated us to. I made some new friends and enjoyed every minute.

The food was 2 types of pasta an ragu 125g Meat Per person and a not homemade tiramisu for packed in plastic for +110 Euro, the concept was changed to start with a marked tour, which I do not Think I ordered from the beginning. Meeting time also changed. The kitchen was very dirty and the Kitchen have not been painted for 30 years. All pots where so missable.
