Tour guide a no show. 20 minutes before departure company offered online future date that doesn’t work for us. Bummer. Didn’t get to see Pompeii. Can’t count on tour company. No stars if could. Traveled across Rome to meeting point. Then back without trip.

We made a great effort to secure a taxi from our hotel for our tour on Sept 19. The taxi dropped us at the wrong location, so we had to rush over the other side to find the meeting point. Eventually we managed to make it by 7:00 but no one was there to meet us. After waiting for 15 minutes, we didn’t know what to do, so I rang your office only to be told that the tour was cancelled. This was a very frustrating time for us as you had already charged us . The lady from your office assured us that we would get a refund within 5-7 business days. I will be following this up when we get back to Sydney.

The bus was great, the tour guide was very informative, we loved that she pulled off into a small coffee shop for a break halfway through. We felt like the whole day was planned very well. Naples was fun but we wish we had a little longer! The whole day was amazing. Truly a bucket list day!!

Everything was as good as planned! Loved Pompeii and got surprised with Naples! I had always heard that the city was not that beautiful, but in my opinion, it has a special charm. Loved the Neapolitan life!

Excellent experience. Do it at least once in your life. It was worth every penny to get to know Pompeii and its history. Naples could be better explored - you could stop in the center on Via Toledo for about 30 minutes and explore some points. Smooth trip and trained guides.
