Most memorable is being able to enjoy the gardens and visit the Papal residence. The driver met us at the designated meeting place and instead of taking the train drove and dropped us off at the gate. He asked us what time should he pick us up and we told him 1 pm. Everything was great until we went to the ticket office to redeem our voucher. They could not find our reservation and there was no response from the contact information provided. The supervisor had to intervene. In short, after almost an hour of waiting the supervisor got a response from the contact number and we were issued our tickets. By 1 pm we were waiting for the person that dropped us off at the meeting place. When he did not show up we tried calling the contact number. We even asked the help of the lady in the tourist information kiosk who tried calling the same number. Luckily, the guy in the kiosk with her heard our predicament. He called the same contact number to no avail. In the end, he helped us get a taxi and even talked to the taxi driver before we left. He was our guardian angel at that moment! I wish we got his name!
