By tasting the wines, you will learn more about the different winemaking areas of Tuscany and discover the techniques of tasting together with professional sommeliers.

The wine tasting with lunch includes local cheeses, cold cuts and bruschetta followed by a generous plate of Tuscan ribollita or truffle lasagna, roast meat with vegetables or stewed wild boar. The meal will be enriched by a dessert of cantuccini biscuits and a glass of dessert wine.
