I wish I can give less than 1 star. Do not take this your. They Picked us up at 7am to go Orvieto. There was not a single person there besides us and a cat and the church was closed!! We didn’t see anything in Orvieto and the guide was very dismissive saying there was not much to see in Orvieto. After 10 minutes we left Orvieto to Assisi. Our guide was very poor and didn’t have any knowledge to share and she seemed uninterested. Our guide Annette was dismissive of everything and clearly she had no pride in the little she was explaining. To us. In Assisi she didn’t know much. Our Tour was supposed to be 7:30am to 7:30pm. We were back at hotel by 2pm. The tour was very poor and not worth the money! The other tours we booked through viatour were excellent however this one was well below average.

Was much more than we expected. So much history to experience. The churches were awesome and commentary was informative. The only negative was the van. Was not comfortable for 5 adults since there was a the tour guide and driver. It was not clean by my standards.

Assisi and Orvieto are fantastic towns to visit. Our plan in hiring a guide was to secure someone with historical and regional knowledge. Elisa was pleasant but seemed to have only a basic level historical facts. She complained repeatedly about her throat and voice after a long tour the previous day. We would have appreciated more.

Amazing trip. Took a long time to write this review (November 2019) but it was a once in a lifetime trip that is remembered long after. Our guide Francesca was amazing.

Serena was truly excellent. Very engaging and informative. From the moment we were picked up, she answered all questions and gave us a history of the area.

We got picked up so late and they so late with the schedule and got the flat tire after picking up from our hotel . So we wasted 2 hours on the road and bringing their van to the shop to fix it. Very bad experience.

A super experience. Mariella guided the four of us through Assisi and Orvieto, and we saw and learned so much that we could not have discovered on our own. The four of us were able to quickly access key sites much more effectively than any of the large tours which I saw. Worth the $$ - highly recommend.

This was an incredible day trip for us! Assisi and Orvieto were both beautiful and moving. Our guide Ivan and our driver get an A+! Highly recommend both! Thank you for this tour and guide!

They stood us up but at least we were able to get our money refunded for this pricey trip. READ THE FINE DETAILS. They say they could leave as early as any hour before the trip, so if you don't show up early, you might lose your money even if THEY don't show up. I suspect that's the game. The concierge at the Marriot hotel where we were supposed to meet our van at 7:30am says he is not aware of any tours leaving from his hotel and sometimes the review aren't even real. BE VERY CAREFUL. Even if you get a refund, you have lost a day. At least we were able to rebound a cab to the train station and take an hour and a half train to Orvieta ... which was definitely worth it!

We had a really wonderful time with Nunzia. My partner and I ended up being the only two people on this excursion and it was absolutely worth it. Nunzia was hyper-engaged and managed to keep us entertained and informed from the moment we got started. She came to meet us at our apartment and the pickup and drop off situation couldn’t have been easier. The weather unfortunately was not so great but a good portion of the tour included indoor excursions that let us hide from the weather. Despite getting a little cold and wet, I’d take this tour again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great day!
