Roberto was an excellent and knowledgeable guide with great stories and lots of interesting insight into the history of the building. Also very accommodating with us as we missed a train in from Como and were 1/2 hr late

Roberto was amazing! He communicated with us prior to meeting so we knew exactly where to find him. The tour was great and he had exceptional knowledge. he went above and beyond actually walking us to a restaurant in Brera area.

Great guide who was so knowledgeable about Turino as well as had such a love of the city that you were able to really get a local flavor. The tour also reached out ahead of time as musuem schedule had changed and we were able to modify our tour based on our interests which gave it a more custom feel

We met with Laura very easily, on time and in the place suggested. Her passion for the cathedral and the history of Milan is exceptional, and she brought the building alive for us. Laura is fluent in English, very approachable and she listened to our questions and answered them, making our tour very personal. We had a wonderful time, and have fallen in love with the city. We very highly recommend Laura to be your guide in Milan, and hope that future bookings we make With Locals match the very high standard that she has set. Laura had expert knowledge of the Duomo and did a great job of fielding random questions from me. She was also very friendly and sociable. She's been to the church so many times that security knows her well. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a tour of the Duomo.

We met Laura right in front of the Duomo as promised. Laura's knowledge, enthusiasm and LOVE for this important piece of history was infectious! Our time with Laura wasn't rushed, she took the time to explain so much of what we were seeing and important facts about the structure. We had such a great time listening to Laura that we were sad when the tour was over - Laura is a fantastic guide and true historian when in comes to this structure. Don't miss an opportunity to have a private one-on-one tour - you will not be sorry. Note this trip was done in Sept 2017

Wow, what a fantastic experience. We were short on time in Milano but had to see the Duomo and Laura got us in and out and off to the Last Supper with enough time to see it, go back to the Duomo and walk the roof line. This was a fantastic experience and a great way to start our trip in Italy. Laura is knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the history and answering questions about it. We had done this in 2018, and cannot wait until we return in 2022.
