I liked the tour, but my girls, ages 14 and 11, were very bored. The guide does not try to engage the kids. I made the mistake of not finding a kid-friendly tour. If you have kids that are not particularly interested in art or history, don't book this and find something that is geared to hold the attention of kids.

You cancelled the tour therefore there was no tour, you kept sending me notices all day long for a cancelled tour total waste of my time

Sara was fantastic. Her enthusiasm of her city was quite contagious. Much more than just a museum tour.

Great overall tour with an excellent guide! The guide was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and knew what she was doing. Besides the statue of David, she also hit some other, maybe lessor known but very interesting, highlights of the museum. After the museum, we took a walk through city center for other highlights and a fantastic history lesson. Overall, a very well done, very informative, and organized tour. Skip the line was the way to go. I would definitely recommend!

"Skip the line Florence small group tour with David and Duomo" you say. Poor English it was only skip the line for David not Duomo. We didn't go into Duomo as this infers. I know you will tell me to read the small print but that's not the point. Change your wording. Plus we would like our money back.

Our guide Mateo was awesome and very knowledgeable about history of Florence and Italy as a whole . The meet up and the entire tour went smoothly

We did this tour on our first morning in Florence and it was just perfect. It gave us the perfect introduction to this wonderful city. Cosetta was exceptional leading us around, through the immense crowds and daunting traffic. She even gave us an excellent suggestion for lunch nearby. Seeing David was just wonderful and we given plenty of time to enjoy him and take as many pictures as we wanted. The meeting place was easy to find and the whole experience was well organized.

Behnam_D

The tour was not worthwhile we could have seen more by ourselves. I recommend walking around and going to the museum by yourself
