Meeting spot was clear and we were given tickets and able to go right into museum. Everything was quick and easy.

No one showed up to provide tickets. Stayed at designated location for 1.5 hours. Customer support line was also useless, since no one picked up the phone. A complete waste of time and money. No refund is provided.

We were at the meeting point at 11:10 for our 11:30 entrance. We were given our tickets and joined the queue. By 11:20 we were enjoying the museum. Highly recommend these skip the line tickets.

Under the impression that "Skip the Line" meant expedited entrance. All Viator did was purchase the tickets on my behalf for a premium and then I had to wait on the entrance line. It was a 45 minute wait in the rain to get through security. Your service provided very little value for the premium you charged on the tickets.

Everything, there is so much beautiful art to see. A must visit if your in Florence! If you get tired you can visit the lovely cafe. Great views across the Arno river.

We had a great experience booking these tickets in advance. We knew how hard it was to get them and it was so worth it. This was a painless and easy process. We even had someone call us to confirm our pickup time and location in advance. We met the guy out front and went straight in! Skipped the line and entered without any trouble. We found this extremely worth it.

Uffizi is beyond compare. Alas the visitors not. Full really of huge posses of them. Only jumping to what someone tells them are the “ highlights”. So they surround you and basically knock you out of their way. A shame indeed. But you can get in from of them. But then they all converge alas on Caravaggio and Michelangelo. Shame if you truly want to see and consider the wonderful Renaissance paintings and impact on our European culture and thought. To most now en group just a selfie opp. You truly have to rise above the negative philistine aspect they embody and try to get there before them.

Easy to follow directions and signage to get our tickets for the museum. It was nice to not have to stand in the cold and rain to enter the museum. And of course, the museum is very nice!

Whilst the gallery is outstanding and well worth the 3 hours we spent there, the extortionate nature of these tickets, adding over 100% to the entry fee, simply to meet us at a nearby location, to hand over the tickets, left us feeling a little deceived. In addition, on booking we were informed we would receive an email with redemption information; no email was received, requiring me to contact the “tour operator” (I assume they’re using the broadest sense of the term) to request details. Overall, the Uffuzi is so worth the trip, but book early and direct, to avoid being ripped off.

The actual gallery is incredible- a must see in Florence . You could spend days there and still not see everything. The art and sculptures are magnificent , not to mention the history behind it all. The only problem was we had to wait in line- skip the line didn’t happen as promised
