Discover the ancient recipe of the culurgiones pasta in Cagliari! You'll be hosted by Damiano and his sister and learn all about the traditional Sardinian food. You'll be given a so-called "scivedda" (container) and start to prepare the pasta.
Then, you'll prepare the filling and proceed to cook the pasta. Finally, you'll be ready to enjoy your culurgiones with some appetizers and house wine!
