Disappointed. A trip to this "luxury" spa was a birthday present to me. We arrive and immediately were greeted with snobbish service at the front desk. We gathered our necessary items such as robe and shoes, changed, then headed to the wellness area. 4 areas were either not functioning or were freezing cold when the temperature was said to be 36 degrees Celsius. Tge foot bath was luke warm. The Vichy shower was cold. The hydrojet shower was ice cold. 1 of 2 showers in the salt scrub area was not working and the one working was ice cold. The tubs were comfortable but seemed cooler than 36. The apertivo was so so. The fruit, veggies, and salads were fine. The bread was obviously from frozen packages and thawed and was flavorless. I was bumped into twice by the staff working the area without any apology or even an excuse me. They were absolutely rude and pompous. Steam rooms and saunas were the highlight but definitely not luxurious and not worth the money. This place pales in comparison to real luxury spas across Europe that are well maintained, functional, and have excellent service

Sono di Torino, ci sono stata 6 volte e ogni volta era sempre nuova, mai scontata. Negli anni ho visto rinnovare molte cose, al passo con i tempi, se la temperatura la sera è calda l’esperienza nelle vasche idromassaggio fuori diventa ancora più magica e rilassante.

Prezzo alto per ciò che offre ! Un aperitivo disgustoso solo carboidrati e cibi di bassissima qualità, bevande altrettanto scarse , non è la prima volta che ci vado ogni volta trovo prezzi più alti e poca qualità in tutto .Ragazxo alla reception scortese,in un luogo del genere la qualità della cortesia e del contesto dovrebbero essere al primo posto.Sporcixia un po’ ovunque dai bagni alle sale relax .Delusione 😟

Per la seconda volta rimango delusa. Il posto suntuoso e signorile ( "di LUSSO") che sembra da fuori non rispecchia assolutamente ciò che invece si trova al suo interno. Sia in settimana che nel week end l'affluenza di persone è sempre eccessiva, spesso bisogna fare coda sia per entrare nelle facilites che per farsi la doccia negli spogliatoi a fine giornata. In giro per la struttura si trovano bicchieri usati e fazzoletti sporchi, muffa sulle pareti delle docce e il disinfettante nelle vasche idromassaggio crea nuvole di schiuma e non ti consente di rimanere per più di 5 minuti perchè fa bruciare gli occhi. Se si compra l'ingresso serale che parte alle 19.30 si ha solo un'ora di tempo per poter fare aperitivo e si rischia di non trovare nulla da mangiare o da bere se non si va a inizio turno. Aperitivo per altro scadente e servito in bicchieri di plastica. Alcune docce erano rotte e a fine giornata non si trova più neanche il sale nelle stanze dedicate allo scrub. Il costo dell'ingresso però non cambia ed è decisamente eccessivo per ciò che la struttura offre e per la sua gestione. E' un peccato perchè potenzialmemente potrebbe essere un centro SPA degno di questo nome e del centro città in cui si trova.

Sono stata diverse volte alle QC Torino da quando hanno aperto ma effettivamente era dal 2017 che non andavo. Era pieno di coppie giovanissime (non era san Valentino) che si davano da fare sia nelle vasche idro che nelle aree relax. L’aperitivo lo ricordavo salutare con frutta verdura yogurt e così via…invece era fatto di panini pizzette fritti … e sono sparite le tisane calde ai piani delle sale relax e saune. Infine su sei docce due avevano problemi ai rubinetti… Diciamo che per 56 euro per 5 ore mi ricordavo un servizio migliore..

La struttura è molto bella. Ma il personale indicibilmente maleducato. Abbiamo prenotato l’ingresso serale del 30/1/24. Negli spogliatoi, prima di uscire, gli addetti hanno letteralmente trattato male una ragazza che era entrata in toilette (h22:20 quindi pienamente in orario) dicendole di sbrigarsi perché dovevano chiudere. Hanno iniziato a lavare pavimenti mentre le persone erano svestite e scalze. Hanno portato via l’asciugamano di una mia amica mentre faceva la doccia. In reception gli addetti si lamentavano a voce alta perché le persone erano ancora in struttura (ore 22:45 quindi pienamente in orario). Meno male che siamo andate alle qc terme per rilassarci!!!!!!

Bello il posto,ma dipendenti insofferenti e stressati, a partire dal ckin...2 domande in più e vanno in acido, siamo stati cacciati in malo.modo alle 22.15 con chiusura alle 23 dall'addetta dentro la stanza relax entrando con poco garbo e maleducazione! Siamo stati perennemente "spiate" tutto il tempo da un addetto sicurezza che sembrava ci seguisse...presenza alquanto fastidiosa...quindi altro che relax. Ci hanno cacciato anche al buffet...scarsissimo , alle 20.55 già ci chiamavano x sgomberare...insomma più di 50 euro...andate altrove..! e voi dipendenti se non state bene dove lavorate, cercate altro!

A noi piace e ne traiamo beneficio per cervicale, circolazione e periodicamente ci ritagliamo un momento per ripetere l esperienza. Certo, durante il periodo festivo è normale un po' di caos, ma a mio parere è solo questione di buon senso e di sapersi organizzare. Forse l unica pecca la darei agli armadietti piccoli.... Per il resto, aperitivo di qualità, percorso benessere funzionale, prodotti doccia buoni..per riassumere, ci torniamo sempre volentieri! È vero che nel periodo festivo è più caro, ma i servizi (tipo cascata e idromassaggio) durano di più e poi hai l intera struttura a disposizione.
